"After carefully choosing Chez Mamou based on the menu for a special evening, driving 45 minutes to the restaurant, finding parking and feeding the meter, we arrived at our reservation time. It was closed! If Chez Mamou and Open Table are unable to communicate any better than this, perhaps they should not bother reopening. We were left trying to find another restaurant on a Saturday evening in Santa Fe at the last minute. Our “second” choice ended up costing us almost double to what we had planned to spend. Our special evening turned out to be a stressful, disastrous, and disappointing evening."
