"We notified this place among others due to dietary restrictions and allergies. Firstly we reserved a time slot, so when it was time we checked in then had to wait for nearly 40mins to be seated. When we were seated a chef came out too see us due to said restrictions and allergies. We agreed on a dish and then waited for it. And waited some more. An hour later we were given what can only be described as a sorbet. Enough for one spoon as they accidentally added one of the ingredients we cannot have. Allergies. We must have waited around 90mins befour the food came out and when it did it was too sour and lemony. We complained and the chef was like they could get us something else. Firstly if that was the case why wasn't it mentioned earlier on, secondly why would we want to wait another x amount of time to be fed. The waiter service were very apologetic. We basically didn't eat as the lemony taste started to create some indigestion issues. Yet at then end of all of this, they are still asking for a tip. By far the worst food we have had at wdw and that is saying something as generally it seems wdw food choices with someone with an allergy is spares and very bland."

"This was probably the worst dining experience I've had in many years. The food was mediocre and overpriced. Although the service started out being fantastic, when one of my friends told the manager that her food was so salty that it was inedible, the manager turned extremely rude and refused to fix the situation. Instead, he insisted that she pay for the food she clearly wasn't going to eat or be banned from the restaurant. Even though I walked in wanting to find a Mediterranean restaurant that I could frequent and bring others to, I cannot recommend a place where the manager and staff do not respond well to customer concerns."
