"The turkey avocado sandwich didn’t contain real turkey, but rather processed sandwich meat. Furthermore, it had an avocado spread instead of the fresh sliced avocado shown in the pictures."

"I am incredibly thankful that Cosi offers a catering menu that is both compact and perfect for taking on the go. We frequently place orders from here for our clients, and I truly can't imagine what I would do without them. Zaza is an absolute gem when it comes to ensuring our orders are prepared on time and without any problems. I highly recommend Cosi for both vegan and vegetarian customers because they have a fantastic hummus and veggie sandwich, as well as a delicious Smart Fit salad. The whole wheat bread that accompanies it is baked fresh daily and is simply wonderful!"
