"I've been a long-time fan of this restaurant and usually order delivery since I have a lively 6-year-old who keeps me on my toes. Going in to place an order can be quite a challenge for me while trying to keep up with him. I ordered the family meal, which included pizza, wings, and a large salad. I knew I would have plenty of food—it's convenient for me and the leftovers make for a quick snack the next day.
Last night, I was informed that delivery would take 55 minutes, and I had no problem with the $4.99 delivery fee plus a $5 tip. However, I didn't expect the pizza to arrive cold. It was disappointing to pay $45 for a medium pizza that wasn't warm. To top it off, they were 20 minutes late beyond their estimated delivery time. Anyway, that's that!"
