"I've been a loyal customer of OT for a long time, and I wouldn't trade this place for anything. It feels like our little "OT family," and I truly cherish the staff and fellow patrons we've come to know and love. These days, it's hard to find a place where you feel like you're visiting rather than just eating. Jys, Brie, Ashley, Sarah, Hannah, Whitney, and Gresham are absolutely amazing! "I was there Saturday and it took 50 minutes for me to get my beer. I was with a party of 12 people at the other end of the table. We’re getting their second cocktail before I got my beer! The waitress seem to only be able to carry one drink at a time and never acknowledged that you would be right out with someone else’s drink. Again, I was the last one to be served the food only to have gotten half of what I ordered. The waitress said I’m sorry I just was trying to make sure that everybody got what they ordered, I’m thinking well obviously not me the food was good. I did like it, but I was never had such bad service in my life. Also, we asked what’s better french fries or tater tot’s? The response was well we only have tater tots now they had to go to the store to get more french fries. It is 1230 on a Saturday! What is my party wanted a bloody Mary. Oh well we’re gonna have to run to the store to get the bloody Mary mix. We’re out again 1230 on a Saturday."
