"I called to place an order, but nobody answered. After waiting five minutes, I decided to go in, only to find the place completely empty. The woman at the counter kept me waiting for ten minutes while she was on the phone with the driver. I asked her for the phone number in case I had dialed it incorrectly, and she replied a bit snappily, "Well, that’s the number. Are you going to order now?" I was surprised by her response. I understand that bagel shops can get busy, especially on a Saturday, but this was frustrating. It seems they prefer online orders, and I've had issues with the phone number every time I’ve called. I seriously need to reconsider coming here. They either need to improve their service or hire more staff because she was the only one working. Also, charging $4.99 for a side of bacon with just four pieces is a bit much. No thanks."

"First of all, the location is great, situated in a lovely shopping center right next to Northern Arizona University. Inside, there are plenty of tables, and they also have a charming terrace with outdoor seating and a fireplace, which is perfect for a cool day. The food was outstanding! I will mention that it is a bit pricey, but you’re paying for high-quality dishes, so I think it's worth it. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including salads, sandwiches, soups, and more. I tried the Reuben, which was generously filled and delicious, served with homemade chips. I also had a cup of creamy sausage lentil soup that was exquisite! My fiancé ordered a side of mac and cheese, which looked tempting even though I’m not a fan of it, and she also got a large salad. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or even just to grab a sandwich while you explore the beautiful Flagstaff!"

"My last visit here which was 2 days ago was absolutely horrible . I placed an order of the veggie egg sandwich SPECIFICALLY requested on my pick up order I wanted to substitute the bun for a tortilla since there is no option on the app to add on a tortilla ! Once I arrive to pick up my order I had to deal with the rude entitled manager named Kris, is what she said her name was the female with the short blonde hair . She told me a tortilla instead of a bun is not allowed . Are you kidding me ?! So if that was the case why not contact me ahead of time just like on the app it request your phone number so you can be reached incase there’s any questions about your order. !!!? Oh not to mention I ordered a breakfast burrito with only egg veggies without any issues with a different girl who was a lot more professional than Kris. But the manager wants to stand there give me a hard time tell me tortillas aren’t allowed as a substitute and they can’t do anything to fix that even though I stated multiple times I’m avoiding bread . So I finally ask if I can get a tortilla on the side and she said sure only to walk back inside and come back out with my scrambled veggies cold and tossed into a tray WITHOUT a tortilla !!!! She either hates her job or doesn’t like people of color is what comes to mind after seeing how she handled the food I paid full price for . To who is in charge of operating this store I highly suggest replacing her with someone who cares about their job doesn’t treat customers in such a careless manner . Service: 1"

"I would give this place a 4.5 if I could. It deserves a 5 to be in the area it is and to be so clean. The waitress was a little short with me and rushed me out when I only spent about a min more at the table to text a friend before I left. She said there was a wait for the table but every one in the restaurant was seated at that point. I have no doubt that she could use the table in the near future however she could of gave me that one extra minute because she literally just laid down the check. I didn’t complain. I just got up and paid my bill. Besides that treatment the food was good and fresh and again I was very happy that it was a clean place. The owner or manager who was at the cash register seemed like a nice clean cut guy. It’s definitely worth trying as there aren’t many decent choices in the neighborhood especially for breakfast."

"Located in Paramus, NJ....Suburban Diner is a very busy spot that has a very good wait staff. When my family and I arrived, we had to wait about ten minutes due to the place being at capacity plus the cleaning staff constantly cleaning and disinfecting everything. Once we were seated, the wait staff attended to us quickly and served our drinks within minutes then took our orders. When our food arrived, we dug right in. The most interesting of all our orders would have to have been the Disco Fingers (chicken fingers and fries covered in gravy and melted mozzarella cheese). The food was very good and the portions were just right. They also have a great selection of deserts. Combine that with an average price point and you've got a solid diner that I'd recommend to everyone. The ONLY negative I saw here was the lack of variety on the entree portion of the menu. Otherwise.....a great place to eat and enjoy."

"To make matters worse, the individual who seemed to be the manager appeared utterly uninterested in addressing the issue. Their lack of concern for customer service was clear, and it was obvious they had no intention of rectifying the situation or even acknowledging the problem. In addition to the dreadful customer service, the overall cleanliness of the cafe was significantly lacking. The tables were dirty and neglected, which made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at Bagel Bakery Cafe fell woefully short of these expectations. It’s disheartening to see a place that claims to offer quality service and products fail so badly in practice. I had hoped for a nice visit to enjoy some delicious bagels, but instead, I encountered an unprofessional and neglectful environment. The lack of attention to customers and the poor state of the cafe is simply unacceptable. I will not be returning to Bagel Bakery Cafe, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. It’s clear that they have a lot of work to do in improving their customer service and cleanliness standards. I believe businesses should value their customers and take feedback seriously. Unfortunately, my experience at Bagel Bakery Cafe shows that they have a long way to go in understanding the importance of genuine customer care. I am left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied."

"New Jersey is a diner place safe, and Coach House is one of the good!! It is nice that such a clamp of the community has stayed in the area for so long, and if you are looking for a place to get a simple dinner, try it first. Coach house is open 24 hours and offers a friendly, efficient service. They also have a decent amount of parking around the restaurant and directly opposite."

"We love this place! What's there not to love? Fresh, delicious bagels, friendly prompt service, so much goodness in one location. It's all good! They have bagels, cream cheeses, sandwiches (paninis, and any other kind , entrees, desserts, chips, beverages galore, pretty much anything and everything a bagel or delicatessen would have. Perfect location, plenty of parking, in a shopping plaza with choice other businesses. One of the best places around for cuisine and chilling, as there is plenty of seating as well! Good go to and regular spot for us. ;"

"Crumbzz is ALWAYS a go to when I have guess and want to treat them to something different (international) and oh so tasty! It NEVER disappoints. From the variety of coffees and teas to the breakfast and lunch entrees there is something for everyone (even kids) and they all are a treat for the palate. My favorite? The eggs benedict on crab cakes with key lime hollandaise sauce. I never knew how yummy and delicate a poached egg was supposed to be until I had one here. Can 't wait to go back!"
