"Most food is average but the pizza is really poor. I?ve seen a lot of reviews for this place that say how good the pizza is and it makes me doubt the reviews are legit. I understand supply and demand and I understand that the food delivery business has been booming since this whole Covid thing has been going on. So I can?t blame them for ?capitalizing? on the situation and raising their prices somewhat. But they raised their prices WAY up. AND 3 dollars for a delivery charge? That?s insane! I usually tip about 5 dollars and I?m a half mile away. 8 dollars for delivery ain?t gonna happen for me and I?m not going to screw the driver just so the owner can profit on delivery. I found out about the price increase last night when I ordered delivery and when the driver tried to hand me an updated menu I told him to give it back to his boss because I won?t need a capital menu again. Including the tip, it cost me $28.35 for 1order of Capital Fries and 2 (very small) slices of cake. That?s leaning toward price gouging if you ask me."

"A star since 0 was not an option. Bad experience. The service was slow, which I understand, as they were obviously undermined. The order was made wrong, could have been too complicated. Order well made scrambled eggs with well made bacon broken, the eggs added. Came out as a casual omelet that I could send back after 30 minutes to be cooked more. When it came out the second time, I found that the bacon was also boiled. At this point I had lost my appetite. When I talked to the server when she finally took the check, she took it off the bill, but certified me for a complete order of Heimfries, as a subsidiary order with the eggs came. The potatoes were also boiled, except the upper layer that was all I had eaten. Not the best way to tempt another visit."

"I visited this restaurant for breakfast and it was fantastic! We sat at an outdoor table and I ordered two eggs cooked any way and buttermilk pancakes, which were absolutely delicious! The maple syrup was particularly tasty. Despite the restaurant being crowded, the service was surprisingly quick. My family ordered a fried egg sandwich, and it looked really tempting! The cranberry juice is another must-try. Some diners at our table shared whole wheat pancakes, which also looked impressive. Definitely worth a visit!"

"The food was quite good overall, but I ordered a pork roll, egg, and cheese on a bagel and was disappointed to find only one thin slice of pork roll. Since it's not the thicker cut, I'd suggest adding an extra piece or two for a better experience. Everything else my coworkers had looked good; they ordered items like the bacon cheeseburger, fried shrimp, and cheesesteak, and they seemed to enjoy their meals."

"I highly recommend this restaurant! It’s my go-to spot for breakfast, where they not only serve alcohol but have a diverse menu as well. I want to give a special shout-out to an exceptional server named Beth. Today, she handled a difficult customer with such grace and professionalism. I’ve been served by her 10 to 20 times, and she’s always fantastic! There are several great servers here, and I wish I knew all their names because they always recognize me and treat me wonderfully each time I visit. I've also observed their interactions with other guests, and I've never had any complaints, just the usual minor issues. Remember, we’re all human, so let’s treat each other with kindness. "The Black Horse Diner Restaurant is located along the Black Horse Pike in Mount Ephraim, NJ. I have been here several times over the years when I have visited the area. My most recent visit was on October 7, 2019. I was in the area at the end of September and the beginning of October, as I had scheduled back to back cruises on the Disney Magic. During this entire trip, I came in for breakfast on September 23, 2019 and also had lunch here on October 7, 2019. For the visit on September 23, 2019, we were immediately seated and then greeted by our server. She asked if we wanted anything to drink while we looked over the menu. I did go with an apple juice, which would be included with what I would order. After getting the drinks, we were ready to order. I went with the #3 Breakfast Combination with French Toast and bacon. About eight to ten minutes later, the food came out. The food came out very hot and fresh. The food was excellent as I had experienced in years prior. Service was great and timely throughout as well. The next visit would be for lunch a few days after getting off the cruise. Just like the other visit, we were immediately seated and then greeted by our server. On this visit, I went with their Bacon Cheeseburger special entree, which included soup and dessert too. For the soup, I went with the chicken noodle soup, which was the first thing to come out. The soup was very good and hot. It was nice to have before the meal. Shortly after that, the entree came out to the table. The burger looked really good, tasted great, juicy, and was cooked exactly has I had asked. After the meal, I also got to choose from a dessert, and I went with the tapioca pudding, which was also very good. Over the experiences I have had for several years now, this is by far my favorite diner to stop at when I am in the area. The service has been excellent, along with the food and general experience. If you are in this area, this is definitely a diner to come to. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again in the future."

"The place was nice the staff are friendly and funny, the food I had high hopes for. I ordered the pan fried pork chops to go it smelled amazing! However taste is a different story. It was bland, no flavor what so ever after a few bites of my porkchop I found myself wanting to puke it tasted like it hadn't been cooked all the way through Gross! I was supposed to have mash potatoes but instead got baked potatoes. This meal was a complete disaster. I treated myself here due to the lack of winnings and thought a tasty hot meal will cheer me up. Sadly this wasn't it. I will not be returning again. I honestly wished I had a different experience. I wanted this to be the highlight of my unlucky day"

"What 's not to love about The Turning Point located on Nixon Drive in Moorestown, NJ. First I need to commend the company on their hours from 7:30 A.M -3:00P.M. based on their Work to live, don 't live to work. motto. While so many companies know the importance of a work-life balance they live it. They also look to support their local communities, so if you know of a worthy charity/organization you can submit a donation request. The food is so fresh and the coffee to die for. I had a breakfast skillet. You can order your eggs any way you like. I asked for over easy so the yolk would go over the potatoes when cut. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the potatoes were fork tender. Served with a buttered english muffin. My sister ordered scrambled eggs, also perfectly cooked, with her potatoes. We had ordered the French Press Columbian blend coffee which took longer to arrive than our food but was worth the wait. They provide a swizzle stick for sweetness, but I prefer my coffee black for the true taste. The atmosphere is homey and all the staff are very friendly. Definitely a place I look forward to going back."

"First time for me and it was pretty damn good. The location itself is nice and spacious, plenty of seats at the bar. I went with the Voodoo Chicken Pizza and zero complaints from me, it was very good. Plenty of adult beverage options available and if the name didn't give it away...they have a great beer selection. I went with the Sunbather Honey Ale ?. I sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome, friendly and welcoming, very personable. Absolutely recommend you check out Iron Hill Brewery and Restraunt, bonus points, they are military friendly!"

"I have been consistently visiting Maryanne's Homestyle Cooking for breakfast lunch since they moved to their current location. Although the staff have changed over time, the interior has been modified, the one consistent thread throughout is the quality of the food they produce. It is hard to pick what they specialize in when it comes to breakfast as it is always good. They utilize high quality ingredients and it is always fresh and hot. The omelets, almost all of which are named after local streets in Levittown, are large and generous portions usually served with home fries. I recommend the meat lovers or Italian omelet. The southern fried chicken with the white sausage gravy is some of the best southern style food you can get above the Mason-Dixon currently. For fans of scrapple though, I do recommend the thin cut style. It has a nice crispy exterior with soft interior that is scrumptious. Finally, for those that are unsure, there are daily specials where you can get a variety of great and classic breakfast foods to eat. When it comes to lunch, it's hard to beat their homemade soups. I especially recommend getting the Italian Wedding soup, as it's phenomenal. It is served piping hot with tons of flavor. The Meatballs are generous in portion and combine a slight sweet and savory flavor. Lastly, I would be amiss to mention the service. There is consistent dedication by the staff to make sure you have a great experience while here. Many times they have your refills before you even ask. I highly recommend getting there early as the later you wait, the longer the line gets to be seated. If you haven't tried Maryanne's, I highly recommend you come and give them a chance to wow you."

"The food at Iron Hill Brewery is very tasty, and they offer a great selection of beer. Our waitress started off well but was assigned to a large party, which understandably affected our service. I wanted another beer halfway through my burger, but she was too busy to get to us. By the time she returned, I had finished both my burger and water and didn’t want anything else. It would have been better if the big group had been given to a waitress without other tables to serve. We've dined at Iron Hill Brewery many times before and always enjoyed excellent service. "I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there the hostess did not confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 price difference. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came off like), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"While we were there, we found out they had new owners. That explained everything. My brussel sprouts were burnt to a crisp, We had to send back our glassess of water times due to lipstick being on them. We ended up asking for to go cups and straws. My daughter found paper in her food. A piece of dried food from a previous customer was on one of the plates. It took over an hour for us to get our food and it was a Monday night, with only a few guests. Needless to say, we will not be going back"

"I've eaten at Stella multiple times but I think this was my last. The food is very good but the service is not. I was there with two friends. Two of us had the heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad. It was excellent and we asked for two pieces of bread to soak up the remaining juice. I asked our server, then another server, then finally the manager before we got any bread. We received two little plates with 4 small pieces of bread and butter on them. When the bill came, we were charged $8 for the two plates. When I talked to the manager, and explained that we had only asked for 2 pieces of bread, she asked me if when the bread came we just kept the two pieces and sent the rest back!!!!! I asked her why I would do that? The restaurant brought the plates, I didn't request them! Also, why would I send back bread they would have had to throw out anyway? Would they have reused that bread?!?! She grabbed the receipt out of my hand and took the $8 off. They also do not have free refills on their iced tea but never told my friend that when she asked for another."

"I’ve eaten at this establishment a few times post pandemic. I cannot seem to understand, agree with or even remotely see what the negative reviews left reflect. Unless someone is choosing to dine in for breakfast at prime time with a large party (weekends in the morning , holidays etc) where hiccups and slow service are to be expected, I’ve personally experienced none of this. The food is consistent, it is clean, it is not greasy. My service has been timely, effective and kind with plenty of options for refills and asking me if I need extras like jelly , condiments etc. I have tried various items on the menu without issue. The chorizo hash well done has NEVER been different or failed each time I have gotten it."
