"Their staff is nice, the drive thru doesn 't take too long. My main complaint is that Starbucks in general charges $5+ for mostly ice in their ice drinks. I specifically order light ice every time I go to Starbucks to get my money 's worth. This particularlocation categorically never pays attention to that request. If I don 't send it back or if my husband gets my drink for me, 5ozof my 20 oz venti is what I 'm paying for."

"This was a horrible experience!!!!!! Sorry if your a black person do not go here I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!! The workers were very nasty to me but when the white person behind me was being helped they were very cheerful and all smiles. If I could do zero stars I would. I hate to be the person to say it was racism but that’s what it gave. The cashier Glenn was very rude I gave him my phone to show him a drink so there would be no confusion he read it over and over for about 3 minutes and then slid my phone across the counter when I handed it to him and when the drink came out it was incorrect (which I feel he did on purpose). Then I kindly said “excuse me” to a young lady named Kayla she in return was very nasty herself. She mumbled under her breath and then she took several more minutes to fix the drink and give it back. Now I’ve been in busy Starbucks before and dealt with nasty workers but this was like a team effort is giving me an issue. It was a very horrible experience from start to finish. I even called to store and the person who answered was very unprofessional and nonchalant about the issue."

"On December 12th, 2023, at 7:15 PM, I placed a mobile order. When I arrived, the front door was locked. I couldn't drive up because I was in a semi-truck, so I called the restaurant, but no one answered. There were two employees working, including a shift supervisor, but they were chatting instead of attending to customers. I knocked on the door, and they just shook their heads and continued their conversation from 20 feet away, instead of coming over to see what I needed. I wish they would focus on their customers instead of just talking!"

The seating arrangements are quite inviting, even on the worst weather days, making it a cozy place for readers. Conversations on the patio are always uplifting, but in today's cutthroat market, we often find ourselves spending several hours here, rather than just a quick stop. What stands out even more is the sister store concept. Along with excellent seasonal drinks, there are also reasonably priced baked goods available, and if you're a romantic like me, the seating options are quite accommodating. Ultimately, it's a matter of personal preference in this competitive landscape."

"I walked up to order and was completely ignored. After a bit I asked if they were even open and was told “oh, yeah…we’re just restalking stuff”So I order. I asked for a drink that was pictured as a blended drink and she made it iced. I asked “so it’s not blended? Your pic shows blended”She said “oh you have to tell us if that’s how you want it”I said “so I’m supposed to know to ask that? I’ve never been here before”I’ve been in customer service for many years…you should always be helpful and act like everyone is new there. Ask if people want whip, or iced, or blended or whatever. Sometimes people forget to say.She gave me the drink and just turned and walked away. No “have a nice day”, “thanks for coming”….nothing!"

"Always a happy place, especially if you find a favorite drink or two. I'll break when I see people paying for Starbucks. It is worth joining the cult... "Sunday staff had SUCH a disgusting attitude for no reason. First time ever encountering an issue here! The two young women working up front looked at me, ignoring me, when it said I couldn't pick up the deliveries without talking to someone. I patiently waited and was ignored until I had to wave one of them down to acknowledge me. The lady who came over glared at me rudely and gave me an attitude. Very shocked by this. This is normally a friendly location. 1/5 stars for Sunday staff. So frustrating."

"I love the food at this place, but I have never waited so long in my life. I visited on November 17 and placed a mobile pickup order, deciding to pick it up inside since the drive-thru was packed. The inside was so crowded that there was nowhere to sit or even stand. I ended up waiting for an hour for my mobile order. I have to give credit to the team; they handled the situation with grace and a smile. However, my only issue was the long wait for my drink, which turned out to be incorrect. Instead of the hot apple cider I always order, I received something with pecans, which I cannot eat because they make me sick. I wasn’t able to go back right away since I had to work, but after my shift, I returned and the young lady kindly made my drink correctly without me even asking. Unfortunately, today was similar. It wasn’t as busy, but I still waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and once again they made my drink with pecans."

"Where has the concept of customer service. Where employees understand they are hired for a job. Now just show up to socialize and pick and chose who you really want to help. I assumed a regular trip to Starbucks is in order based on wheather. I placedmy order with Robert. He started some of my order then decided drive true was more important. I arrived at 2:34pm and did notleave till 2:56. Good thing, it gave me plenty of time to observe how my was set aside. While other customers, on drive thru oras a walk up. Where did is there anything I can help you with went? Instead made a commentlike I was a bother to his life. What does he need to leave yet he did not help. After a while and me asking when. Robertdecided it was time for me. I was so confused. Was it time for a selfy or my order was finally going to be fulfilled. Once heprovided my product. He apologized with a smirk. On my way out who else, yes Zack. With another sarcastic condensing voice hey so just wait some times Glad I won't be visiting this location. But if you read this pay attention when youare placed atthe bottom of a tadpole."

"ordered drinks like normal very friendly person has not ordered a problem. wait was a little longer than normal again not so bad, but setting the hired was the worst. I told myself my total no gruß at window said that he would hold up so that I could change from my changer who led to turn light in the truck, handed over my 20.0p-ball to him and then dropped my change. this employee has not apologized that the change in the bay was not my fault, I was not out of the vehicle with impediment to recover my hard earned money from floor. then did my drinks come back with a setting and a handful of change?
