"a hankerin for peace. when we eat Fried vegetables (green beans/ocrans, and fried fish, crawfish, and oysters, with a side of something cajun (red beans and rice, etc., that is where we go. the menu also has other things, but the fried beer is what attracts us. (fortunately it doesn't attract us often or we would have to buy larger jeans it is quite close to the original in new orleans for atmosphere and the children love it. the staff is young, but always friendly, fast and efficient. a complete selection of beer, including the shiner abita my fave. they have some walking wines, but a cold beer is much better suited for their menu. I will not eat here in winter because the tables are made of galvanized metal, and they get cold! mostly earlyling, summer and fall joint. (heck thats 3/4 of the year not the best restaurant cajun in dallas, but also definitiw not the worst. parking is easy and its large enough to where they do not have to wait for a table in the rule. they will have a good food here and most likely with a smile on their face."
