"For appetizers, we ordered the Hamachi Truffle and the Orange Blossom. The Orange Blossom was a delightful bite of freshly seared salmon with masago, perfect for sharing. The Hamachi Truffle was the best I've ever had, featuring perfect slices of fresh yellowtail drizzled with truffle oil and topped with crispy onions.
For dinner, we shared several rolls: the Red Hot Chili, Tri State, Hamachi Jalapeno, and Geisha. Each one was beautifully prepared, showcasing fresh fish and a great balance of flavors. The Red Hot Chili had the perfect kick of heat, while the Geisha was crisp and refreshingly delicious. I can't wait to go back!"
