"I decided to stop by for a quick meal since I was nearby and didn't want to drive to Pho Dai Loi in Forest Park on a rainy evening. Unfortunately, this place turned out to be the worst Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to! First of all, the food is far from authentic. Secondly, they were out of many items on the menu. I wanted to start with the fried shrimp roll, but they were out of that as well. When I ordered chicken pho, I was shocked to find that they had replaced the rice noodles with vermicelli noodles without notifying me. Who does that? I clearly ordered pho, not bun bo hue! Additionally, I had a to-go order of lemongrass chicken with white rice, but the chicken portion was tiny, lacked any lemongrass flavor, and the rice looked like it had been sitting around for days. I absolutely will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine."
