"Lee's has the best Chinese on the west side, by far. I love that you can customize the level of spiciness for spicy dishes. We get the same thing every time: sesame chicken and medium spicy General Tso's chicken. It's consistently good. Service can be hit or miss but the food makes up for it. My biggest criticism is that the side of fried rice isn't worth the extra cost. It's the blandest fried rice I've ever had. Our solution is to just get the white rice and mix it with the entrees' sauce. If you're nearby and craving solid Chinese, Lee's is a great choice."

"I ordered the shrimp rolls which were a nice size, nicely stuffed and very tasty. I also ordered the mixed vegetables with shrimp and brown rice. Unfortunately I didn't care for the brown rice but the mixed vegetables were very tasty and cooked to perfection. I definitely plan on ordering from here again. If you have not tried them I encourage you to do so I don't think you will be disappointed."

"I decided to try a new Chinese place for a special night. Overall I was disappointed in my pickup order, and was expecting much better food based on the favorable reviews and the prices. I paid over $30 for 2 entrees, one with “fried” rice, and an order of cream cheese wontons. The wontons were good, but the rest of the food not so much. The sesame chicken was barely ok but too much breading and it was sitting in over 1/2” of oil in the bottom of the container and most of the pieces were soggy. I poured the oil out before giving to the person it was ordered for. The “fried”rice was nothing more than yellow colored rice with a few peas and tiny carrot pieces and specks of onions. The schezwan beef was the worst. There was nothing schezwan about it, as far as flavor. The strongest flavor was of oil, and I don’t know what kind but it didn’t taste good at all. The beef must have been cheap and soaked in oil to make it tender because it had NO texture of beef, it was just slimy from oil. The vegetables in it were nothing special, didn’t seem fresh. The sauce was terrible. It wasn’t spicy at all and the taste was unrecognizable except for the oil again. I guarantee you the oil they use is very cheap, probably canola. They need to cut back on the oil and add some flavor and good spices. A lot of these reviews have got to be fake, because I can’t believe there would be many raving reviews for their food. I won’t be returning. Very disappointed."

"I appreciate they offer an order online function!! I deal with auditory processing and speech issues so phone calls are NOT fun for me…especially making orders via the phone!! But I just wanted to leave some 5 stars to thank the friendly employees on duty the night I picked up my order and was having trouble mentally processing…but were VERY nice!! Also, food was WONDERFUL!!!"

"No 1 has consistently served me fantastic dishes every time I've visited. It's the only Chinese restaurant that brings me back to the places my family frequented in Brooklyn, NY, where we enjoyed delicious Chinese food and quality family time. The one downside is that they do not offer dine-in options, but the food speaks for itself. Thank you to the staff at No 1 for their incredibly tasty dishes. Wendy."

"I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a child, and it truly is the best place ever! I should mention that during busy hours, it's a good idea to allow for some extra time when picking up your order, as the place gets quite popular and there are only two employees working. However, I believe the food is definitely worth the wait."

"The man at the front desk checking out and taking orders should be removed from talking to customers. He has zero skill to be dealing with guests.. The entire process was confusing, as he was taking orders the entire time he was taking mine (I had walked in). He sat a bag down in front of me, i asked if it was mine, he nodded. …Got to my car and realized it wasn’t my order. Didn’t touch the food I took it back inside immediately and apologized. He then proceeds to YELL AT ME, WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AROUND, Actually REAMING me, saying… “THAT NOT YOUR ORDER, NOT YOUR MOO GOO GAI PAN WHY YOU JUST COME UP HERE AND GRAB ANY BAG ?” I apologized again and HE KEEPS GOING ON AND ON. I’m thinking wow. Enough already. So I thru his take out bag down on the counter in front of him and walked out. He says “what the h— “.Sir I don’t need your food; this experience took away any appetite I may have had. I’ll not return. I’ll go downtown square. Mansfield. to the classy place where they treat customers with gratitude and kindness.Let’s assume it was my fault even so, i didn’t come in there guns hot his reaction was totally uncalled for. And now, after reading other reviews I’m not shocked. Can’t rate the food obviously didn’t get a chance to try it — hope he enjoyed his free egg roll and moo goo. That’s another thing… When i walked in he was eating rice behind the sushi counter. This is a “no” in my opinion. Eat in the back room, not in front of customers. Oh and i was to leave a tip for this “ happy house” experience”. Comical."

"I absolutely love this place! I found it on Google because of the high ratings, and Google was right! The food was excellent and the service was just as good. I came here for lunch today (08-20-21) even though I wasn't in the mood for oriental food. My wife wasn't either. However, as soon as we walked in, the delicious smell of the food hit us and my appetite was immediately aroused! We were greeted by a friendly woman behind the counter who even joked with me as she found us a place to sit. Shortly after we were seated, our waiter took our drink orders and our lunch orders. He was super friendly, made some great recommendations, and helped us navigate the menu without pictures. I also ordered a side of egg drop soup which, although not the traditional yellow color, was very tasty. The shrimp egg roll was also delicious. When my main meal arrived, I was pleased to find it piping hot and incredibly tasty! My only suggestion would be to cut the vegetables smaller, but that's not enough to deter me from coming back again!"

"If I could give a negative star rating I would currently we have been waiting for 2 hrs for our delivery and live 10 minutes from the place to start off when I called the woman was very pushy impolite and rude while ordering she made the comment hurry up I am busy while I was was giving her my card information then right after giving her my information she hung up on me never gave me a estimated time nor did she tell me a total or anything I have made 2 calls in since order each time she tells me he will be there in 15min well I can tell you what it's been an hour since I called and they said 15mins and it's not like orders much 3 small plates and 4 egg rolls in the amount of time of waiting I could have went to the store bought frozen and had it made in half the time"

"I recently moved from PB County, after 50 years there, to Martin County. Sadly, there do not seem to be any Chinese restaurants here that are above one star. I was reminded of this when friends visited recently with a surprise order of food from China Gardens in Delray Beach, which has been one of the best in PB County for many years. Their recent remodeling has made the restaurant very pleasant, and the food has only improved. EVERYTHING seems better, from simple dishes like the soup and egg rolls to somewhat more interesting items like lo mein (they actually use the correct noodles) and string beans with shrimp or beef. Even the chicken wings are done correctly--nice ginger flavor but not overpowering. It isn't rocket science to offer excellent Chinese food; I wish some of the Martin County owners would visit China Gardens and learn how to improve their offerings even if they have to raise their prices a bit to do so."

"I stopped here for first time I went in while. I was reminded very quickly of why I quit going! The food was almost bland, that is what was available on the buffet! What was available was and old andried out. I care for only 3 items on buffet, none of those pans had very much in therm! I asked when was the buffet going to be refilled and was told that there was other things on bar and that I could make do and that the cook was eating lunch and still had 15 min left before he would refill pans. When I shed fire refund, the cashier went and told cook. I don't speak their language but I'm sure what the man was yelling at her in front of me was not nice or polite! The lady then told me that the next time I came in that I should stick with menu rather than buffet bar. I told her that she didn't have to worry snout me being back at all. Her response was good for me, my choice"

"I'm really pleased to see a lovely Chinese restaurant in uptown Urbana. I dropped in for lunch around noon and ordered the hot spicy princess chicken along with an egg roll. It turned out to be a fantastic choice. The food was served piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the crunchy, fresh egg roll paired with the sweet and sour sauce. As a bonus, I also got a small bottle of sake to go. I absolutely love this restaurant and I can’t wait to come back for a nice Chinese dinner soon."

"Wide variety of good standard Chinese restaurant food. Everything is tasty. Very hard to do better at this price point. Been going here for over 20 years. Egg rolls are double fried so crunchy and peanut buttery. You can substitute crab rangoons which are also very good. The meat is excellent quality for this price. It's hot and sour soup is also better than most places."

"NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!! Wow it’s been awhile since I went here for lunch, but it has changed. Same price for half the food!!! I’m definitely not going back here every again. I paid $9.95 plus tax for this tiny bit of food (see picture). I could have went to tacobell, Arby’s, McDonalds, or Wendy’s and got more food for the same price. The bad thing is the food isn’t even good."
