"If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed a take-out order, and my receipt included an 18% charge labeled “large party.” However, my order consisted of just fettuccine and mozzarella sticks—definitely not a large order, just enough for one person. When I inquired about the charge, they mentioned they needed to change the name of it. I wasn't informed about this charge at the time I placed my order. Additionally, they were out of steak skewers, grilled chicken, and Pepsi. It was clear they were also out of marinara since it didn’t come with the mozzarella sticks, but I wasn’t told about that either. Overall, a disappointing experience."
