"This was absolutely the WORST experience I’ve had in Key West so far. DO NOT waste your time or money. I try and give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, always. For the price of this menu, being that this establishment is waterside and looked like it had a great selection I was expecting good food and service. For starters, the hostess could not even take a second off of her social media to seat us then when we asked for a booth she rolled her eyes and stood there…we should’ve left right then. My husband and I ordered the warm crab and shrimp dip to start. It came with stale chips, no biggie, it happens. When we asked (super friendly) if we could get some fresh chips, the waitress. Our waitress acted EXTREMELY put out. She did deliver some fresh chips and left the stale ones sitting on our table. Again, we are cool, no biggie. Then our food came out…UGH, my husband ordered the snapper sandwich and I had the ahi tuna salad. I’ll say this, the best item on our table were the fries. All of it was mediocre, our waitress was so busy chatting with her buds that we didn’t see the point AT ALL in waiving her down for a manager. The entire experience was just so crappy. Our bill was $75 (no alcohol) and we left a $14 tip because we are nice people. So for $90 we basically walked away grouchy and hungry. This place just STINKS all the way around! There are MUCH better, more fresh, higher level of service restaurants to spend your money at. RUN!!"

"We hardly used any decorations beyond the usual wedding table items because the venue itself is so stunning that you don't need to add much to make it look beautiful. We even saved money by not buying real flowers—it's that gorgeous! We planned our reception in just two and a half months, all with the help of their fantastic event manager, Jacey. From my first inquiry via email, she was incredibly kind, quick to respond, informative, and easy to talk to. It was evident right away that she had plenty of experience and was very organized, which eased our minds about meeting our deadlines before the big day. During our food tasting, Erica was so sweet and knowledgeable, taking great care of us with the food and beer tastings. Everyone absolutely loved the food selection! We chose coconut shrimp and chicken skewers for appetizers, chimichurri steak and honey pepper salmon for entrees, and mashed potatoes and veggies as sides. Everything was delicious, but the steak was definitely my favorite! We had around 80-85 guests, which felt like the perfect number; the seating was spacious yet intimate. The tall buildings around us, adorned with hanging lights and lush greenery, created a memorable atmosphere that was unlike your typical indoor wedding hall. The venue even provided cocktail tables, patio furniture, and heat lamps, which was perfect for our October evening wedding when the weather was just right. We danced all night to the best DJ—unaffiliated with the venue, but I highly recommend Mike DJ Space if you’re looking for someone who complements the LA rooftop vibe. The minimum price is very reasonable considering the value you get. We are still in awe of how special our day was, and it was worth every penny. Although we didn’t catch their names, the server and bar staff took excellent care of us that night. Our drinks were always full, and they checked in on us frequently, making us feel so special as the bride and groom. If you're considering planning your reception here, I say JUST DO IT! Jacey, Erica, and their amazing events team will take fantastic care of you. Thank you for making our day so unforgettable!"

"Title: A Fantastic Dining Experience with a Few HiccupsRating: I recently visited and had an overall great experience. The food at this place is absolutely delicious, and I have a few favorites that I always enjoy ordering. The chicken wrap is outstanding, and the chicken wings are mouthwatering. Every time I visit, I am always impressed by the taste and quality of the food. One thing that stood out to me during my visit was the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. As a lady, I always conduct myself with respect, and I appreciate being treated the same way. However, there was one incident that left a slightly bitter taste in my mouth. When someone bought me a drink, I overheard the bartender saying, Oh well, I 'm not gonna serve her. he was telling somebody they wanted to buy me a drink like basically everyone was buying me a drink or a couple people bought me a drink I can 't really say word for word, but it was kind of like he didn 't want to serve me, but he did give me the drink that was bought I was not drunk I was tipsy, but I wasn 't belligerent. I live down the street so I always walk home or catch a Uber but I don 't want to hear that the bartender is making it like I 'm drunk or saying things behind my back. I was not drunk or belligerent. It was disheartening to hear such a comment, as I believe in treating everyone with respect, and tipping generously.I want to emphasize that I always try my best to tip, and on the occasions when I don 't, it 's usually because I 've paid using my card. Tipping is important to me, and I make an effort to show my appreciation for good service. Hence, it was disappointing to hear the bartender mentioning that they had been catering to me all night. I believe it is their job to provide excellent service to all customers, and it shouldn 't be seen as an inconvenience.Despite this incident, I still had a pleasant time overall. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance of the restaurant was enjoyable. I appreciate the effort put into creating a great dining experience.I hope that the management addresses such incidents in the future, as it can impact the overall experience for customers. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this place for its amazing food and inviting atmosphere.Note: This review is based on my personal experience and may not reflect the opinions of others."

"We come to Florida frequently and love coming to sunset walk because it 's across the street from our condo, but this is the first time we 've taken the kids to game time! It has been a long couple of days and the kids were getting tired so we stayed about 45 min and then headed back to get some rest. We bought 3 game cards for $25 a piece that were an hour of play and the cards automatically had 500 tickets (does not accure any more while playing) We decided since the kids were tired we would just come back tomorrow and they could pick their prizes then! Well let me tell you what...when we went back the next day the tickets on their cards were zero! When we explained to the manager what happened (Who said he just started working there) he stated that the card expires the day of purchase and it also tells you on the screen when you buy it. Everyone that knows me, knows I read the fine print every time and wouldn 't have left without letting my young (4,8) children get prizes if it stated that! I went straight back to the little kiosk where you buy the cards and read it again. It states the time on all cards expire the day of purchase! Nothing about Tickets! We then had the manager come read it and he said, I 'm sorry. I didn 't know. I just started here, but I will let my general manager know. Never once offered to let my kids get things with their tickets they should have. We will not be back to this arcade!"
