"While passing through Covington, LA, I discovered this hidden gem of a diner, and I'm so glad I stopped in. It was hands down one of the best breakfasts I've had in years. Their menu included schnitzel—who would expect to find schnitzel in South Louisiana? I couldn't resist giving it a try. The portion was massive, topped with two scrambled eggs and cheese, accompanied by breakfast potatoes and a huge grilled biscuit. Everything was fresh, delicious, and infused with authentic Southern flair. The meal was so hearty that I ended up with enough for two meals from just one order. Crazy Pig truly impressed me with its amazing flavors. I can’t wait to return!"
