The entryway door chimes loudly each time someone enters through the front left entrance, which became a bit annoying over the course of our meal.
My friend was low on water for a while, and we noticed that no one came to refill it. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, yet it seemed like there was only one waitress managing the entire front area. I'm not sure if a large party in the back was causing distractions, but we were not impressed with the service.
On a positive note, they did remove the guacamole charge from our bill since we didn't consume it, which makes me want to adjust my rating slightly. However, I still wouldn't categorize this as a 4-star experience. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, though."
