Unfortunately, I have to give this place a low rating because I found a long white hair in the second half of my sandwich. I have long black hair that I had tied up in a bun that day, my boyfriend has short black hair, and our roommate also has long black hair. The waitress had long black hair tied back as well. So, the hair likely came from the kitchen staff, which was really off-putting.
I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I just stopped eating. I also didn’t mention it to the waitress because I wasn’t sure how they’d handle it—would they charge me for what I ate, offer a refund, or take action against the cook? It’s common sense that anyone handling food should wear hairnets, gloves, and beard nets if necessary.
I won’t be ordering here again, as they clearly don’t follow proper food safety practices. If you decide to eat here, be cautious. Honestly, I’m not even sure I’ll be coming back to drink here either."
