"we traveled 1 hour each time to dinate here several times. our first time had so unique tasty eating exemplary service that we recommended this place enthusiastic for friends family. but our visit last night was so disappointing with the service that we lost confidence in providing a recommendation or return visit. as a family of 6 people who celebrated the 21st birthday of our daughter with a reservation for this particular purpose, we were taken to the spot, but then it felt like we were forgotten. we sat for 25 minutes before we had to ask our server if we could order beverage appetizers. it took another half an hour before the drinks actually arrived, and another 20 minutes more, before only 2 of the 4 appetizers appeared. So this is 1 hour 20 minutes before we have eaten what we did not expect. the dinge have not improved from there, as usual to ask for water and tea refills, our other appetizers that later appear next to the main dishes, and must follow on our server for billing. they didn't blame us for 1 of the late appetizers. I leave a 3 star rating in an effort to get fair average from this last time with the other great times we had at the turtle."
