"Edit 4/6/2021: I've recently visited this Einstein location a few times, and I must say, the management has improved significantly for the better! It’s a refreshing change! Previously, the place was poorly managed and chaotic. On one Saturday at 10:30, they were out of most types of bagels, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving customers. There was a lack of accountability, and it felt like the place was in disarray. Thankfully, it looks like they’re on the right track now!"
