"We were the only car in the drive through and one of the only in the parking lot, for a reason. Employees were unprofessional, unorganized and indifferent, food wasn't good. If you ate craving Jack in the Box, I suggest going to another location. Placing the order was difficult, maybe they couldn't hear, I had to repeat each word, one at a time at list 3 times. At the window they decided to take out the drawer to count the cash just a couple feet from the window when we drove up, so there was an extended wait. We were finally handed the bags by an employee seemingly bothered when I asked for the shakes we hadn't received yet After looking at their orders another employee made the two shakes and handed them out the window yelling they didn't have cherries, not a big deal but could have been communicated without yelling abd maybe starting with an apology. The order itself was wrong, we were missing items, the food we did recover tasted like it was out for hours."
