"I was probably around 7 times here. for the first couple of times I got mainly her burgers at lunchtime. the last four times I didn't and some of the things I ordered weren't that good to me. first the burgers: their burgers are best above the par. when they ask for medium, they usually come closer to medium rare and they are not so well seasoned. the rest of the burger is good, but the bungalow is soft, the sweet is crisp and fresh. the horses are thick cut and they give a fair amount. the packs: I think I ordered the chipotle chicken battle or something along these lines. aesthetically it looked beautiful and had a tight ****. the taste was however bland and dry. there was hardly a sauce that was tortilla was very cold, and overall there was not too much content in the tortilla. it was fighting to take everything, but I couldn't make it again. the chicken sandwich: honestly, it was terrible. the chicken breast was very flat and dry. it tastes and looks as if they pull out a chicken breast, shake in buttermilk and then panko before they like a grill top or something. Breakfast:French with ice cream and sausage. You know a classic. when I got my toast, I got three halves. it is not that I have expected more or less, it is only that it is unusual to get 3 halves. in the rule they take a full size toast, immerse it in an egg battery and then cut it in the half. So why would I miss a half if they weren't pre-packed or they were just thrown away. they did not taste well so it is possible that they were old or prefabricated. I also tried the meat lover to send breakfast. the diceed kartoffels in it were quite good, but the wobbles and the pfeffer were slightly grilled and still raw. the eggs were burned on the bottom, which leads me to the fact that they do not scrape the car between the commands of the grill plate. the ham was really chewing and hard to break. Finally, this was not as hot as it arrived. Summary: so far I found only the burgers and sandwiches to be decent at woody’s diner. everything else I tried was disappointing. that's just an unbiased honest opinion. I have never complained to them, nor made rude remarks, and I guess every time I didn't really enjoy eating. it's not a big bill and they try their best."

"Here's a revised version of your restaurant review: --- This is an updated review; I initially rated this place two stars, and you can see my previous complaints from two weeks ago regarding the restaurant's performance. Today, I decided to give them another try. The new owners are streamlining the overly extensive menu into something more manageable, which should help minimize stock and waste, ultimately lowering prices. I had a conversation with the owner about pricing and noted that one item from my regular order has increased significantly—over 140%. However, most other price adjustments seem to be in line with current inflation rates, which is understandable. There are several improvements underway, and while the transition is undoubtedly challenging, it's evident that they genuinely care about their customers. The cook who prepared my Mexican Omelette today did an excellent job. It looks like the recent dip in food quality was less about cutting costs on ingredients and more about training or staffing issues. They've also hired a new cashier who, while still getting the hang of things, was sharp and eager to assist. For now, I'm giving them four stars, but I can see they are putting in the effort to earn a full five. I encourage you to give them a chance! I'm glad I decided to return, and I'll be coming back regularly. For context, here’s my original review: I've been dining here 3 to 4 times a week since around 2013, under two previous owners. The new owners have significantly increased prices—my usual $7.99 lunch is now $12.38 before drinks, tax, etc. That’s a 55% hike! I understand inflation is tough, but that's quite high. Unfortunately, it’s become too expensive for me to eat here regularly! The quality of food has also declined. Some dishes are almost as good as they used to be, but others left me questioning whether the cook knows the proper standards for preparation. I would advise against ordering the Texas Tuna Melt; it barely resembles one. On a positive note, they do have a shiny new electronic menu and a fancy cash register! --- I hope this rewrite retains your intended message while presenting it in a fresh way!"

"I usually try to make it here twice a month on Sundays. I've been coming here for over 4 years and there is one waitress that I get and she's great. She knows my order, it always comes out right, I never go needing a refill on my drink, and she makes the experience absolutely amazing. I came in a couple weeks ago and received possibly the worst service I've ever had there. Food came out wrong, waitress didn't deliver the food and didn't come to check on the food for 10 minutes. I didn't ask for them to remake it, and they didn't offer, but I did paid for my food and even tipped the waitress about another $10. I also commented that I'd make sure my waitress was there the next time I decided to come back before I committed to eating there. Forgive me for wanting the food I ordered to be the way I ordered it, and have a decent experience. Heaven forbid, you know, customer service. I guess the manager behind the bar did not like the fact that I ordered my food one way it came out wrong and I didn't eat it and said that I'll just come back and make sure my waitress is here before I eat here again because today I had a very interesting experience which just blows my mind. When I entered I saw that my waitress is there so I say hi, then waited for a seat. After I set down I waited for her to come by with my drink, but she never did, instead another guy (who is also good at his job) comes up and says I'm your waiter now. I asked if my usually was just too busy and he said no I'm your waiter now you won't be getting her anymore. I said excuse me. He said I can explain it, but I'm going to be your waiter now. I told him nothing against him, but no, I'll just leave. So, because I had a horrible experience, paid for my food, and said I'll come back and make sure my waitress is here, you want to ruin my experience even more. How does that make sense from a customer service standpoint. This from an establishment that added a 20% gratuity to your order, regardless of your party size, during CoViD-19, and hasn't removed it. I know my review is not gonna do much, but I hope other people see it and start to question how we view our experience, especially when you keep upping the prices of food, you keep a 20% gratuity you added on during Covid, and we're clearly out of Covid now, and this is how you treat customers who come consistently to support your establishment. I don't know if the older, short gray hair gentleman is the owner of the restaurant or not, but if he is that says a lot about about why he didn't like the fact that I didn't like my food. If he's not, I would love to have a nice conversation with the owner, because this is not how you run a restaurant and provide customer service. Diner be warned."
