"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I went in to buy a cake and handed the cashier $60, but he only gave me $1 back. When I went back to talk to him about it, he said he didn't understand what I was saying. I asked to speak to the manager, but he told me there wasn't one available! This is outrageous! He even suggested that I was trying to steal from him, which is absolutely absurd! He showed no remorse for his mistake. I tried to explain in English, but he responded in Spanish, claiming he would ignore me because he didn’t understand! This has been the worst treatment I have ever encountered. If you want to avoid a headache, do not go there. I'm really disappointed with the customer service, which used to be good; my family and I used to eat there often, but we won't be going back. Terrible service!"

"This restaurant is not what it used to be. I ordered the Texas Double Burger and it wasn't made with hamburger beef like it used to be. I'm not sure what kind of meat it was. The burgers used to be nice and greasy, made with all beef. I also got overcharged. I definitely won't be returning."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Ordered a cheeseburger which the waitress said was hand pattied. Definately did not look like it. Hamburger was thin with NO taste. Bun cold and was supposed to be grilled. Finally got a warm grilled bun and hamburger was cold. I was NOT told steamed veggies had a $2.00 up charge till I got the bill. Only took two bites of them. was told by the waitress oh, they must 've just changed the price. That is NOT ok. Both waitresses were pleasant. Unfortunately, I will not be back and would NOT recommed this place . They were not busy. Only two other parties ."

"OSHA/Department of labor ins blick! I've never been to this place before today, but went because I saw decent reviews and thought it was perfect to have a drink and a pizza with my daughter. I can't express how dangerously hot it was in this restaurant. I would never wish a hot meal while I also sweat the personal, do their best to accommodate customers and hot teller of food in what must have been 90 plus grad in plus moistness I could not breathe, I went faster than I came. I understand that some customers don't care, have bless them, but I don't know how someone can work in such environments. incredibly dangerous. the owner who always fix it before someone gets hurt very much. absolute nightmare! how can they treat their employees and customers so!"

"Love it. I'm a huge mason jar person due to my grandfather. I'll conclude with that. But the food was authentic Mexican Food. No texmex this time. A great little lively place. So they bring out these huge mason jars of you request tea for your choice of drink. I asked for sprite and lemonade mix. I met a individual who happened to be a long time friend of the mother and family that started this Family Owned and chained restaurant. He beckoned for one of the young waitresses and asked her to replace my drink in a mason jar instead of a regular throw away cup. I got my huge mason jar glass and left with a full stomach. Satisfied Customer with a gift !!!!!???"

"Since we liked the food, we decided to try takeout on our next visit. We called in to order two burrito dinners and were told it would take 15 minutes. I arrived right on time, paid at the drive-up window, and received my order. However, when I got home—only a 5-minute drive—I discovered there was only one meal in the bag. To add to the disappointment, it was cold. As for whether I went back to complain, the answer is no. I considered three possible outcomes: they might do nothing (which would just be a waste of my time), they might reimburse me (but the time spent on that wouldn’t be worth it), or they might offer me the missing meal (and I've learned to never upset restaurant staff before they serve you). I felt it was better to share my experience here instead."

"French fries always taste burnt anymore after they switched brands and I've had mashed potatoes twice now that have a soap taste. Hot dogs aren't what they used to be back in the day yet the prices keep climbing. Too worried about skimming taxes to get a debit machine so people are forced to pay with cash."

"Such an iconic Texas Weiner place.. I've been going for almost 50 years.. However just going there yesterday Monday, June 10 My girlfriend and I got 2 hotdogs and 2 hamburgers to go.. We got home and couldn't wait to dig in. I don't know what happened but they were absolutely inedible.. They were spicy Burned dry concoction that had the taste and smell of Old food. We each ate one and I myself be ame Sick to my stomach a few hours later as I tried to go to sleep. Ended up being up 1/2 the night getting sick. So glad it out of my system. I don't know how I could ever try one again.. Sad how things change for the worst ?"
