"I hate to give this restaurant such a low score but honestly we may have just been there on a bad night. The waiteess was obviously doing her best but was clearly over worked. The Chicken Tortilla soup was good but not over the top. My wife's salmon was way overdone and dry and the rice pilaf was not great. I had the stuffed chicken which I thought was a unique dish and I enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes were also very good but I had ordered french fries which eventually came. They were excellent. The asparagus was almost fried with no hint of oil and very well seasoned. The star of the evening had to be the fried artichoke hearts. Very different and superb appetizer. The setting of this restaurant is very nice. There is ample outside seating in the courtyard and plenty inside in the dining room. This is a lovely hotel with a lot of character. I didnt see any celebrities, and I am not so sure I would return for another dinner. The chef obviously has geat potential, probably just needs some help in the kitchen."
