"We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza with extra buffalo sauce, but what we received was disappointing and didn't match the pictures at all. Instead of the extra buffalo sauce we requested, our pizza was completely lacking it. Instead, we got a white pizza without any buffalo sauce or blue cheese. When we called to clarify, they claimed we had ordered the wrong buffalo pizza, even though there is only one buffalo pizza listed on both their printed and online menus. They offered us a discount on our next order, but why would we want to order again when they failed to provide what we actually wanted?
