"As for the sides, we chose sweet potatoes, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese. All sides were served in large paper cups, which was a bit unusual. The sweet potatoes and coleslaw were good, but the mac and cheese was a letdown; it tasted like cheap cheese melted over macaroni.
For dessert, we ordered two options. The brownie a la mode was disappointing because the brownie was cold and quite hard. The peach cobbler was just okay. Additionally, while there was a bar, we found there was no drink menu available, which was surprising. It’s hard to believe a barbecue restaurant wouldn’t have cornbread on the menu. Overall, the experience was mixed, with a few highlights but several letdowns."
