"The food was delicious, especially the new spicy chicken sandwich. I have no complaints about my experience at this restaurant. Thank you, Zaxby's, for your great service! However, I did find it puzzling that children are not allowed here. While we were dining, a group of high school track and field athletes came in and placed their orders without any issues. As for parking, there were plenty of available spaces, and accessibility was straightforward. Overall, it was a great visit!"

"We were driving to salt lake for the weekend and stopped in cedar city to grab gas. We had never been to zaxbys to try it out and it did not disappoint! My husband said it was the best chicken sandwich he had ever tried so on the way back home after the weekend we made a special stop just to try it out again. I was a little nervous because it was closer to closing time (the first time it was peak dinner rush time) but, they definitely delivered! We tried the chicken tenders this time and another chicken sandwich. Both were very fresh and we left super happy!"

"My mother came home crying because she was yelled at by one of the workers. My mother was in the drive-through trying to order some nibbler sandwiches for dinner. The worker yelled through the speaker at my mother and told her that she will have to come inside to order the food. My mother has a hard time walking and getting in and out of the car. So my mother pulled away from the drive through cry because of the worker. I tried calling the restaurant to talk to a manager about this situation. But no response. All my mother was doing was getting food for her family. But a worker had to yell at her through a speaker. I am so upset that this worker would treat my mother with so much disrespect. That I will be taking to the store manager has soon as possible for this doesn’t happen again. Thanks for ruining our dinner."

"I had a frustrating experience at the drive-through recently. As I approached, one of the cashiers was talking to someone else instead of acknowledging me. After I received my order and said goodbye, she unexpectedly asked me what I said and then yelled at me. She exclaimed, "Oh my God!" loudly, all because I politely said goodbye after paying $11 for my chicken. It seems like she could improve her behavior and focus more on her job instead of being unprofessional. I was already ten feet away when she started yelling, which just seemed unnecessary. It also seemed like something was off with her demeanor—maybe she was distracted or had applied a bit too much makeup. Overall, it could have been a much better experience if she had just done her job properly."

"This fast food restaurant was once well-managed, with cashiers who were attentive and efficient. However, over the past few months, it has become chaotic and disorganized. I find missing items in my order every time, and the cashier often has to ask me what I ordered when I reach the window. The staff, a group of young girls and boys, seem more focused on laughing and joking around than on their tasks, even with a line of 20 cars waiting. It feels like this place has turned into a hangout for the teenage employees rather than a professional establishment dedicated to serving customers. The owner or manager really needs to reassess the situation."

"I love the food here. I swear the chicken has such a terrific flavor that is very unique to Zaxby's. I enjoy multiple things from the menu. Salads, sandwiches, chicken; whatever you get, you'll enjoy. The drink machine is amazing and makes buying a drink worth it in any regard. I wish more places had that drink machine. The staff are friends and make sure any mistakes are amended. The only downside, that I ever notice, is the price of the food. It's a little much to me, but it's good food."

"I 'm totally impressed, and I 'll definitely be back! Wow....... another near perfect restaurant visit! I walked in and was greeted by a pleasant friendly staff, and the atmosphere was very pleasant as well, being a bit farm themed, and with other local memorabilia from around the area, and the music was a very pleasant Country style, and now for the best part the FOOD! Perfect, hot, and fresh, and the chicken was so fresh I got to it after the coleslaw and their delicately seasoned fries because it was very hot and fresh, and if you have never tried their 'Zax sauce ', it was practically the star of the show! The sweet tea was totally excellent as well, and they had so many soft drinks there to choose from it was almost unreal! The only flaw being the total lack of WiFi, with my data connection inside being only 'fair ' from in there....... but still it deserves five stars! Money well spent, and I look forward to going there again :"

"We don't have a Zaxby's near our home in South Florida. During our family visit to Calera, Alabama, we had the chance to try Zaxby's for the first time. It was late at night and there was a long line, but it moved quickly! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was hot and fresh. When we got to the window, we realized that they had actually closed over 10 minutes earlier. However, that didn't stop the team from being friendly and polite while they served the last of the customers. They waited for the line to clear before closing up, which impressed us greatly. We were genuinely happy with our experience and would give them a perfect score of 10/10!"

"The fries in the wings and Traditional Wings Things were fried so hard they were discolored and hard which is sad because I apos;m pregnant and the fries were the number one reason I wanted Zaxby apos;s. I couldn apos;t even taste the season on them or finish eating them. The inside of the fries were hard. I apos;ve never actually tasted bad Zaxby apos;s but this was it. My strips and salad were good but whoevervooled the fries must have cooked the wings too cause they were hard and overcooked. Overall terrible"

"I was so excited to get a Zaxby 's near home after being in Southern Virginia for school. The chicken is always fresh, tender, and well-seasoned. The fries are usually so crisp and hot, even if they aren 't you can just pop them into your air fryer and it will taste exactly the same. I also love the cheddar bites but I am sad Zaxby 's has decided to get rid of marinara sauce. I love that you can ask for things like, extra seasoning on the fries , or replace coleslaw with an extra toast, and they do it without a problem. Anyway, they keep forgetting my sauce so I finally had the melons to speak up about it. Well the next day, Anthony the manager, apologized and said he would talk to staff about it. He even supplied me with a free meal. I just wanted my 50 cents back! I think that more than makes up for it. He was nice and easy-going. Like every manager should be. P.S. The guy who said this place is trying to be like chik-fil-A should not be taken seriously as he obviously has not been anywhere else in the United States. Zaxby 's is only new to Northern Virginia and they have a completely different menu. It 's actually sad that he has three likes. I mean even the breading and the way they season their food is different...."

"So I went through the drive-through to order a single sandwich combo. They were three cars ahead of me each one was able to make it through the entire line within about 90 seconds. Once I arrive to the window I paid for my meal and was instructed to pull forward to wait. After paying for my mail and pulling for it I waited an additional 17 minutes.
