"I'm not sure if the issue lies with Open Table or the restaurant itself. I booked a table for two, which was supposedly the "only available time slot" according to the app. When I tried to change the reservation to four people, the app indicated that there were no tables available. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, we noticed that many tables were empty and stayed that way throughout our visit. When I asked the hostess about this, she informed me that any modifications needed to be made by phone."

"I visited Desperados for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. We were promptly seated, and chips with salsa were brought to our table. The salsa had a nice kick to it and was quite tasty. They have a Happy Hour on Sundays, with small Margaritas priced at just $3. We anticipated watered-down drinks, but after having three, that was definitely not the case! I ordered the Pollo Santa Rosa along with the Appetizer Sampler. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The Sampler offered a variety of flavors from the menu, and we really enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be back!"

"We came to celebrate my sons 8th birthday. Our server took 30 minutes to bring drinks (20 to even get the drink order). Okay, just busy. It’s fine, I’ve been a server before. Then our hibachi chef came and he was outstanding! Great food and wonderful service, he made my son feel special for his birthday. We saw a group of three employees come to the table next to ours with instruments and sang happy birthday to that table. My son got very excited and was hoping for the same experience. At the end of our meal, I reminded our server that it was my sons birthday and that he was hoping they could do the same song and music for him. Our server (receipt says Sean) told us no. They don’t do birthday songs during lunch, only at dinner. I told him that we just saw them do it for another table and he told me it was because they knew the group. My son was very upset. As was I. His feelings were hurt. Even the other family at our table told our server that it wasn’t right of them to say no. My son is eight, he doesn’t care about that reasoning. We came to celebrate him. I got our bill and went to the front to speak with the manager. He also told me that the group were friends of his and they weren’t going to do the birthday song for my son. I stood there with the manager as I wrote a $0 tip and left. The server was the issue I thought, but apparently it’s also management. Our chef was still wonderful and the only good part of our lunch. But I highly recommend you go elsewhere for hibachi if being a kind person is important in who you give your money and business to."

"Roma Restaurant and Bar is truly a hidden gem in the neighborhood! It was my first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entrees. Both the veal and shrimp dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. With the included salad and bread, I simply couldn't finish everything in one sitting. I can't wait to go back and try their pizza!"

"Glen's approach made me so uncomfortable that I almost left right then and there while we returned our drinks to the car. I am confident that neither my child nor I, as patrons, could ever be responsible for any potential shutdowns. Nonetheless, Glen has the right to express himself as he wishes in his workplace, even if it leaves customers feeling unwelcome. Because of Glen's treatment and the way he delivered his message, as well as the fact that my meal (the potato head) turned out to be disappointing, I don't think I will ever return to this restaurant. It felt as though my daughter and I were being told that we were not welcome, and we definitely got the message. Morning Glory is a far better option and will not disappoint."

"I visited this restaurant, located just behind Cox's Smokers and Liquor Shop on Preston Highway, on January 14, 2022, at 6 PM, and again today at 3 PM. Although their advertisement claims they are open, both times I found the place closed, with no lights on and the door deadbolted. I hesitated to speak out due to concerns about potential backlash, but it's misleading to tell customers you're open when you are not. This should be addressed."

"By far, this is my new favorite place to eat in NY! My fiancé and I ordered a large pommes frites with aioli and horseradish mayo. She got a strawberry hazelnut chocolate (gluten free) crepe which came with fresh whipped cream and I ordered a sausage pepper and onion and mozzarella cheese crepe (also gluten free) that came with a side salad. All ingredients were fresh and delightful. I cannot wait to return to Saratoga just to visit this spot again!"

"I was already in the store waiting to place my order for baked goods when the couple in front of me ordered a variety of items. They mentioned to the girl behind the counter that she'd be back shortly to assist me. After receiving my baked goods, I moved over to the food area because I heard them asking the couple about their food order. However, the young staff members at the food counters completely ignored me, and by that time, they had finished serving as it was 5 o'clock. Their behavior was quite rude, and I regretted not waiting for assistance since I was already in line. Given that it's a higher-priced establishment, I believe that good hospitality is essential, especially when customers are spending that kind of money."

"Everything is always amazing here, one of my favorite places to eat. My only complaint is I ordered the mozzarella sticks and mini rice balls, delicious as always, but I had to cook them when they were delivered. They literally took them out of the fridge and packed them up to go. If I have to wait 45 min for it to be delivered, at least cook the items that need to be cooked lol other than that, everything here is absolutely delicious. There's nothing on the menu that I wouldn't recommend."

Our APPETIZERS took over an hour, once dinner finally came someone at our table still didn’t have her appetizer or entree and once her burger finally came out, It was completely raw in the middle. Another person at our table had lipgloss on her cup even though she had no makeup on, and at the end of the night we received a check that was $30 something dollars but when he got the second copy they charged his card for over $100 dollars. "This is a great local whiskey distillery for tours and tastings. Offering a variety of normal or cask-strength whiskies and several gins, you won't be disappointed if you stop in at KO Distilling! This location has a moderately sized indoor space that can accompany larger groups and offer several seating options while allowing customers to bring outside food to enjoy inside. I have only visited this distillery twice but have had the pleasure of interacting with Larry both times. I would like to give a complement to Larry for his attentiveness to every customer and his willingness to take questions and share his whiskey knowledge! Between the time of my first and second visit this distillery has released several new whiskeys which I was very pleased to buy couple bottles."
