"The restaurant has changed its pizza sauce, and unfortunately, the pizzas were not cooked properly. The dough was still raw in the center, even for the original and thin crust, which was concerning considering they were baked at 425°. Additionally, the cheesebread arrived without sauce. Is this a result of cutbacks due to COVID-19 and inflation? I can't see myself returning. It’s also disheartening to note that pizza workers are earning only $10.25 per hour, especially with such a high turnover rate. Meanwhile, companies like Target and Amazon are paying $15 per hour for all positions. Companies that fail to invest in their workforce are likely heading for failure and bankruptcy."

"Pizza Place is open 2 hours on Friday 4-6 pm!! Website says till 7! Our last pizza was trapped overnight cause we got there after 7 and tonight's pizza would have been trapped at 6. Luckily got it at 5:45. Door locked with sign online orders only 4-6. Nice to find out when you arrive??!! What a joke. Bye bye. Gotta leave my town for a different PM."

"Good food quickly and easily, they often also have good offers. Seems like with the online ordering system they have on site, it can try quite a lot of confusion and frustration with customers in line to place an order as walk-in. Seems employees have difficulty juggen online orders vs walk-ins. I can order and order online before, but its almost like walking ins or just getting something without first calling or ordering online."

"We really enjoy ordering our pizzas from this restaurant because the service is quick and they offer a wide variety of unique pizzas that aren't available at other places. We can conveniently call in our order and pay only when we pick it up. They also have a gluten-free crust option. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly."

"I placed an online order at Papa Murphy's and went to pick it up, but I ended up waiting for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging that I was there. When I finally asked about my order, I was told that they couldn’t make it in family size and had to cancel it. The employees were unable to cancel it themselves and had to reach out to the owner. I had already paid online, didn’t receive my food, and now had to wait for the owner to cancel the order. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating. I spent 20 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time trying to resolve the issue, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had with Papa Murphy’s. I definitely do not recommend this location."
"We placed an order through the app for pickup last night, about an hour before closing. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it there before they closed at 8 PM. I called shortly after they opened today, only to find out that our entire order had been thrown away. I was informed that if I had called before they closed, it could have been saved in the cooler. This raised the question of why all unpicked orders aren’t kept in the freezer. As a result, we lost $25 on the Outlaw Bundle, and all they could offer was a discount on a new order. If this is how Papa Murphy’s treats its customers, I will not be placing any future orders, either online or in-person."

"This place has never gotten the order right. Not once. Then they ask me what I ordered when they have the receipt in hand. I told them they were missing a pizza (every time they leave one pizza off) and they argued, again despite it being on the receipt. They do not answer the phone at all, ever. I dare you to try calling. I called standing inside the store and there was no phone ringing. They turn it off. Pictures are of what was supposed to be an all meat pizza, see any problems with that? I even told them it was all meat because it was the one they forgot this time. The other looks like a medium pizza on a large crust, it isn't fully topped. For the price of a pizza that is cooked and delivered, you have to check them every time and bake it yourself and they want a tip when you pick it up and order online. I've got a tip: get the order right. Just once! Incredibly frustrating. I thought this was a one time thing, then a simple mistake the next time, but they are incapable of getting an order right. Time after time after time. Negative stars."

"I'm currently sitting here and overhearing a staff member complaining in the back room. It's May 3rd, 6:05 PM, and while Shelby and her male colleague are working hard to fill orders, I feel for them as this situation must be uncomfortable. I don’t come to restaurants to listen to employees vent about their jobs. I understand that not everyone is satisfied with their circumstances, but it would be nice if this could be handled privately. On a positive note, I appreciated the warm greeting and goodbye from Shelby, as well as the assistance from her male co-worker."

"Recently, I ordered a pizza online for pickup. When I arrived to grab my pizza, I was right about to get my toddler from the car so we could go grab the pizza. A man who was still sitting in his car said that he'd be willing to keep an eye on my son while Iran in quick to grab my pizza. I kindly declined since I didn't know him personally. I brought my son in, we picked up the pizzaand went back to the car. I noticed the same man walk into Papa Murphy's and walk behind the counter. So, he was obviously anemployee or maybe even the franchise owner. So I'm incredibly grateful for the kindness this man showed. It speaks well to thekind of people that work there. I'll always be a customer to this location."
