"We started with sushi as an appetizer, and it was undoubtedly the highlight of our meal. However, we also ordered ramen, and despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took 45 minutes to receive our bowl. I asked for our check at the 30-minute mark, and the staff said they would hurry the cook, but this only seemed to involve them standing in the kitchen for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I noticed other tables were being served and cleared while our server was nowhere to be found. When we finally received the ramen, it was cold, with only the very center being warm. Overall, I found this experience quite disappointing. The sushi was fantastic, but the service left a lot to be desired."
