"By the time I realized my salad had been drenched in dressing, I felt I had to reorder. The woman at the counter was very helpful and offered to make me a new salad. I have to credit her—she was professional and seemed to be the only one who understood what was going on. However, I still don’t understand how my initial order, which was supposed to have no cheese, was handled incorrectly.
Once my order was finally right, the food was good. I hadn’t intended to leave a review so soon, but after we finished eating, my friend and I went to wash our hands before leaving. While she was in the restroom, I overheard a kitchen staff member shout, “PLEASE LEAVE!” at me so loudly that the rest of the team started laughing, clearly at our expense. I’ve never experienced such poor service before. I sincerely hope management addresses this and invests more in staff training to ensure they truly understand what customer service means."
