"I won't be returning, thank you. The food was incredibly disappointing. Every dish we ordered was overly sweetened, which I found concerning—what if someone were diabetic? I had requested vegetables, not dessert! The veggies were drowning in an unappealing gray liquid. As for the spring roll, there was nothing “spring” about it; it was just deep-fried, over-seasoned luncheon meat. How difficult is it to stir-fry some vegetables or include greens in a spring roll? Apparently, that’s too much to ask at this restaurant."

"Sooo my daughter and I recently had a little trip down to this cute little gem in our neighborhood. The store is so cute . It's a wine bar as well too cute. This was my first time actually visiting this location. I felt like the 2 woman who took my order were extremely frustrated for some reason. I didn't even get a hi when we walked in. My daughter has been to this store so she kinda had an idea of what she wanted to order. The ice cream is delicious ? the attitudes of the employees is a little off. I would recommend this place but you might get an attitude from the employees and know what you want. I ordered soft serve ? due to the employee not wanting to answer my questions. Maybe look at the menu before your ready order."

"The customer service at this restaurant is practically non-existent. The interactions with the employees, especially the owner, have been some of the worst I've ever experienced. The owner comes across as disinterested and hostile, staring at customers as if they've done something wrong. I've never felt so unwelcome in a dining establishment. The food is mediocre at best and should only be chosen as a last resort or if you're on a tight budget. The quality matches the low prices. The restaurant itself appears rundown, giving off the impression that the owners have given up on making it a desirable place to dine. If you're in the mood for Chinese food, I would suggest exploring other options before considering this place. Despite the average food, the lack of customer service and overall atmosphere make it not worth the hassle."

"Really like this place! Last time I came I deemed it one of my favorite restaurants! Disappointed that my second visit they put a bad avocado in my meal. I had to cut off a big chunk of it that was obviously bad and about a third of it was grey. It was takeout, so by the time I caught it, I was too far away to want to come back and exchange it. I was so hungry that I tried to eat it anyway and it just made me sick. I tossed it. Waste of $17. I was sad to waste that meal. Please don't serve bad avocados : Otherwise, it is a nice place."

"Fantastic Chinese food! We've dined here several times, and each visit has been a delightful experience. The food is always served hot, bursting with flavor, and never greasy. They offer an amazing lunch special with a wide variety of options for under $6, with some dishes weighing over 2 lbs. "This sushi spot has become a family favorite! Our family has 4 vegans and 2 non-vegans, and we all leave happy—every visit. They always bring free Edamame to the table “on the house” upon arrival. I always get miso soup and cucumber salad, which is a huge order usually shared w/ hubby that is delicious. After the appetizer items, they also bring free vegetarian egg-rolls “on the house.” Then, I always order vegetable rolls of some sort. Our non-vegan child gets other sushi rolls. They also offer free cheesecake squares for dessert that we decline. All in all, we always leave full happy. We also appreciate that the restaurant is clean and quiet, providing a relaxing meal."

"Went out for our anniversary dinner and decided upon this place. We like places that are tucked away and definitely new to us. We're not a couple that likes attention, so we definitely didn't advertise our occasion. Service was amazing, sushi was delicious, and the staff was super kind. "Great service and sushi here in Yama Chens Sushi Bar/Lynnhaven Mall location. I am very selective about the quality of my sushi and Yama not disappointed. I like that the tuna and salmon rolls have fresh fish, and it doesn't taste like left-over meat/attacks from the night before. Prices are average here, for excellent quality sushi. I am now officially a regular customer and order here every week. Great customer service from all employees. 10/13/22. I still love Yamaking Sushi. I always take out, so I can't vouche for a meal in experience. To get out, YamaChen Sushi is excellent, and the only bad topics I've read are the volcanic rolls that come out too greasy (I wouldn't know because I wouldn't order volcanic rolls). Give them an attempt when you are someone who is picky about their quality of sushi. ...but if you are a volcano roller lover, don't ask em to make em so greasy, and see what you get. Look..."

"China A Go Go is our ONLY go to Chinese food to go to in Vegas! It was a nice surprise from all the other takeout Chinese places that have fizzled out. Location is directly off of Farm Road in the Sprouts store center. The chefs are directly from Fujian, China and have a very nice style of Chinese cooking.Everything we ordered was amazingly delicious, nicely portioned, served hot, prepared quickly and packaged nicely! Tim the chef was busy making all the orders. Tina greeted us and took our orders. They are very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and there is comfortable seating at several tables.Crab Rangoon was crispy, not a bit greasy and had a delicious flavor given they had flecks of green onion in the filling.The egg rolls were super crispy, hot, perfectly cooked and served with an in house made plum sauce that was delicious!The egg drop soup had a robust broth and flavor.The Kung Pao Chicken dinner was the best I’ve had in a very long time. It was filled with a lot of fresh perfectly cut vegetables and bite size chicken pieces in a nice light sauce.The accompanying stir fry noodles were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Noodles were not too fat or soft and went very well with the entree.Update 5/15/2023Food here is so amazingly good we came back to try General Tao's Chicken, sautéed Vegetable lunch and dinner portion vegetable egg foo young. Everything was flavorful, served piping hot and generously portioned again. We like that the food has natural flavors and isn't masked by the sauces or other spices. Each dish tastes different as it should. Tim greeted us and served us nicely. The place is clean and easily dining in here is a breeze!———They also give you generous portions that surpass other takeout places!If you’re looking for excellent fresh hot Chinese takeout that checks all your boxes then this is the only place to go! "I don’t know exactly what I was expecting, but based on the reviews I expected some amazingly good food. It wasokay. Not bad. There wasn’t anything that I absolutely wouldn’t eat, although that curry came close. The egg rolls were mediocre. They had a great texture and initial flavor, and then. . . Bland. Chicken fried rice was okay, though the chicken had a very weird pink dye on it. The curry was very sweet, which was not what I was expecting. We explained to our waitress that we had never eaten Vietnamese food and didn’t know what to expect. She was very friendly and made some recommendations, but didn’t know how to explain the flavors. She couldn’t compare what we were ordering to other foods. She didn’t mention that the curry would be sweet or that the bahn mi would be covered in what is essentially Cole slaw (a food I don’t really care for). Also, the sodas come in cans, so no free refills. I asked for a to-go container for the rest of the curry (I couldn’t stand to eat much of it, but that’s a personal taste issue, I think). She brought me a large to-go cup. Pouring a curry from a bowl to a large cup is quite messy. Overall, I probably wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re a fan of Vietnamese food and know what you’re getting in to. If you’re not, just get the chicken fried rice. You’re probably safe with that."

"THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I knew something was off from the beginning. This was the worst experience ever!! I ordered crazy volcano with cream cheese. This is one of my favorite rolls anywhere else. But today it was HORRIBLE!!! The roll tasted old, as if it was prepared days ago, then deep fried. The cream cheese was just a dollop on top of the roll like it was sour cream or something just smh. But the worst part was the horrible service by the lady at the register. She was rude and she was mean from the start. But I ignored it bc maybe there is a language barrier, so I ordered. I took my food to the car as I was killing time between appointments. First bite gross and tough. The second I damn near threw up. Went inside to tell her, and the theatrics began. When I told her it was bad, she started screaming. Then she started crying, saying she was sad and she couldn't return my money. She walked off several times. But I waited, and she continued to cry and scream. Finally, the chef(I guess) came and said something to her. She was mad and still crying. We exchanged words bc at this point, I'm cussing you out!!!! I need my money. I got it!! NEVER GO THERE IT IS HORRIBLE WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!"

"Aloha and my ohana and I used to go here all the time!!!! However just recently we 've noticed a dramatic drop in quality. Don 't get me wrong the reviews were always 50/50 for this place, but just recently the food quality, taste, and freshness of the food has dropped down even further. I always order the BBQ mix plate and spam masubi and lately its been outright SLOPPY. The vegetables they used smelled bad, and omggg the meat especially the chicken had a foul/sour taste to it... Sad to say I gave this place a chance for over 5+ years...but I don 't want to get food. I recommend for the price you do get what you pay for, but if you 'd rather have a quality, fresh, and ONO experience, recommend you to try someplace else. Hope this helps fam!!!! Aloha"

"We were in town for a Training Conference and this was such a great find and super close to our hotel! The waitress was super friendly and sweet. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I got the chicken ramen. So full of flavor and delicious. Their ThaiTea was delicious and I loved the bubbles I them. (If you don't like bubble tea then I would ask they don't put them in). Sushiwas amazing as well as the spring rolls (not pictured because we ate them so fast lol). She brought us cheesecake bites withchocolate chips that were sooooo delicious as well!"
