"I visited this restaurant today at 1:15 pm, and the employee informed me that my order would be ready in five minutes. However, I noticed them working extremely slowly, almost as if they were moving like mummies. After they finally finished several sandwiches, it turned out those were for a nonexistent customer, and they still hadn't prepared my sandwich despite me waiting right there. After 15 minutes, I asked where my food was, reminding them they had promised it in five minutes. They told me the restaurant was crowded and that I would need to wait another 15 minutes. I was understandably frustrated and questioned why it was taking so long and why I hadn’t been informed from the start. When I began to raise my voice, the manager intervened but instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she simply repeated that the restaurant was busy. Fed up, I left my order behind and exited this disappointing establishment. My experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I enjoy Ike's sandwiches and have visited many of their locations, but this branch is by far the worst."
