"The food at this restaurant did not match the description. As someone who cannot consume dairy, I carefully checked the menu for options without cheese. I decided to order the pasta primavera, which was supposed to include mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, spinach, carrots, and cherry tomatoes in an olive oil and garlic sauce over pasta. This dish was listed as suitable for two people and made with only plant-based ingredients. However, when it was delivered to my door, it was covered in parmesan cheese. I was disappointed that such an important detail was not mentioned on the website. I cannot trust that their food will actually be what they claim it to be."

"We went to Pepz pizza (732 N Rose Dr, Placentia, CA 92870) for the very first time at the recommendation of a friend. We were so pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the place and more importantly the quality of the pizza's we ate. We ordered a meat lovers and a veggie lovers pizza on a thin crust. The pizza was so flavourful and delicious. The pizza dough was so soft and tasty and the ingredients were also so fresh. The staff was very friendly and courteous and attended to our request attentively and efficiently. The pizzas came to us in a timely manner and hot and tasty. In addition to tasty food, the area was very clean and inviting with large screen TV everywhere for the patrons to enjoy. There was also a play area for the kids that kept them busy. Lastly, the toilets were also very clean. This experience was excellent and we will definetely be back again here very soon. The owners should be proud to provide such an excellent overall experience to they customers. This is one sure way to bring customers (and their friends) back again to Pepz pizza. Sunil"

"I ordered some food to be picked up the other day, my first time at Victor Jrs. I got food for the entire family so we ordered a pepperoni pizza, a chicken Philly sandwich, a Caesar salad with chicken breast and an order of meatballs. The pizza was awesome. I love that they use a spicy pepperoni. The crust was perfect. The Caesar salad was amazing. The chicken breast was superb and the Caesar dressing was incredible. The chicken Philly sandwich was tasty and huge! We couldn't believe how big it was. Finally, they call the meatballs divine for a reason. They were some of the best meatballs we have had from a restaurant. They truly are divine. Overall, everything about Victor Jrs was great and we can't wait to go back. It's our new local Italian joint!"

"this place is magical. I have always loved to visit soulshine for the cancer bread. together with my 2 young sons attend ms and I thought it would be fun to take them here for pizza, as it was one of my favorites when I lived here. when we went through the door, we were greeted and sat by the sweetest girls. After I had received our food, my 4 year old accidentally shook salt over his pizza instead of Parmesan cheese. the manager who walks around randomly, just like that happened, came to ask if we had a good experience. I told her that he had salt spread over everything and within 10 minutes he had a brand new hot pizza. the foods and cocktails were delicious, but my children suggested that I give this place a million stars. we'll be real soon."

"Tried this spot on a busy Sunday. I ordered the green chilli wontons, the urban special pizza, and the asian wings. The order was prompt and ready when it said it would be. The staff was all friendly and working hard. The Asian wings were the best part of the meal. Cooked perfectly! Nice and crispy outside, and the sauce was not as I expected at all, but it was really good. On the sweet side side for sure with almost a little smokiness to them! Super good. The green chilli wontons were a cool spin and had great flavor as well. The pizza itself was decent. They used sliced sausage which I'm not a fan of on pizza, but overall it wasn't bad by any means. Lot of toppings and pretty good flavor. The price was steep for what it is. 18 bucks for a personal pizza, $12 for 6 wings, and $6.50 for 4 wontons was steep. I know prices have gone up everywhere, but this a bit higher priced than it was worth overall."

"The customer service is HORRIBLE! I have ordered here multiple times, but I will never again. The other day I called and paid over the phone giving them all of my debit card info, I stayed on the phone until the employee told me the payment went through. When another employee arrived to my home with the order he stated that the payment did not go through with a problem on their end. I continued to show him the proof of transaction and that the money was taken from my account. When he called the manager the manager was extremely rude and said if we do not let them run the card again they were going to leave with our food. He said the money from the first order would be back in our account the next day, by this time I had waiting an hour for my food so I allowed them to run my card again. I did not get the money back in my account until 4 days later. Due to this being an error on their end I feel they should've at the very least given us a discount. How are you going to arrive with the food I paid for and demand I pay twice for the food? I gave them another try this evening and the employee who took my order was extremely rude and said they couldn't deliver the food because they were busy?! I have been a loyal customer and have tipped them kindly every time. I told him that I live less than a mile away and have had this exact order delivered at least 5 times in the past couple months.. he was very rude and ended up saying he is canceling the order and hung up on me..All this being said, I truly am a patient person and I have worked in the food service industry myself. I am always kind and respectful and I never am a demanding customer. I rarely even write yelp reviews but this was so disappointing to have multiple experiences of AWFUL customer service. They need to make some major changes in terms of their treatment of customers. I would've continued to spent money at their restaurant but after their terrible service I won't and I advise anyone reading this to order from literally anywhere else. It's not worth it to deal with people who are truly awful and seem miserable to be working at this establishment. Their prices are not that of a fast food restaurant but their customer service and attitude reflects that of a low end fast food restaurant. Also side note they way overcharge for ranch and barely give u any...lolI hope they clean up their establishment and consider a change in management."

"The taste was not great as we were informed that the sausage would be mild, but it turned out to be slightly spicy which upset our stomachs. The sausage also looked unappetizing. "I dined here for the first time and really enjoyed it. The restaurant is cozy and still practicing social distancing, but we managed to get a table without any issues. It was quite busy! We ordered the medium kitchen sink pizza and the cinnamon ugly bread, and both were absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the manager or owner added to the fun atmosphere by frequently checking in on customers and chatting with us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return and try more dishes from the menu."
