"We had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant and the food was the worst we’ve ever tasted. Our order totaled $61 (excluding tip), and honestly, it wasn’t worth a single penny. We ordered The Settleman Combo, The Alley-Oop, SnapBack Seasoned Fries, and two drinks. We specifically requested the chili lime fries for one of the meals, but they were served plain and unseasoned. In The Alley-Oop, we didn’t even receive the extra chicken tender that was supposed to be included! The sandwich was served on a 6-inch sub roll instead of a brioche roll. The mac and cheese was simply inedible. Overall, this was a complete waste of money for such low-quality food that didn’t even match our order. The only positive aspect was the delivery driver."
