"I left a 3 star review for Pearl Street Pizzeria not too long ago. I felt service was inattentive and lacking timeliness exceeded boundaries of a lunch hour. As a local guide, I felt obligated to try again in fairness to a business that’s been around for years. We had the same server; this visit, I noticed no lag in table work such as drink refill struggles, mistakes, or delayed food delivery. The server was pleasant last time, but more energized on this visit. That energy translated a less than 40 minute in/out. The server also wrote our order instead of attempting memorization a noted change that ensured transactions. Compliments to the team for rectifying our experience. Good Flavor remained consistent as with all my previous meals. I now feel better moving forward with another lunch here.
