"This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I went to the restaurant to place an order, only to be told I had to order online for pickup. No problem, I thought. But when I went to their website, it gave me two options: order online or call. I selected the online option, but the site wasn't functioning. So, I decided to call instead. The woman on the phone informed me that she couldn't take orders over the phone and insisted that I needed to order online. I explained that the online option wasn’t working, so I asked how I was supposed to place my order. Her response? "Then you don’t." Unbelievable."
