"The food at this restaurant was delicious, however, I experienced an issue with being charged twice on my credit card. After speaking with a manager named Seth, he explained that there was an error with the processor and assured me that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, 5 days have passed and I have still not received my money back. I feel as though the restaurant could have handled the situation better as they seem to be avoiding taking responsibility for the mistake. I would advise against paying with a credit card at this establishment, as there is a risk of being overcharged."

"Regardless of where you go, Original Joe's always provides consistent food. Though their menu items change every so often (some new items better than others), the staple dishes remain.I ordered the Beef Dip with my two sides being Sweet Potato Fries and Coleslaw.The Beef Dip was very good. The bun was perfectly toasted, the flavourful beef piled up high and just the right amount of cheese, onions and mushrooms. The horseradish mayo complimented the Beef Dip perfectly. It was very tasty and if you have a big appetite, it was quite filling. The Sweet Potato Fries were very good, as usual. The only disappointment was the Coleslaw. It was extremely bland. It had no flavour at all and was on the dry side. I will not order it as a side again. The service was ok and the prices were good, for the quality of food you get."

"We celebrated my man's birthday at this restaurant, and it was a great experience. I reserved a spot at the bar so he could catch the Michigan game, and the seat was just perfect. Our server was outstanding, providing excellent service despite the busy atmosphere. The appetizers and sizzling dishes we ordered were delicious. Even though the place was packed, the service remained top-notch."

"I got strawberry cheesecake pancakes! Bomb diggety, wife and daughter got the papas w carnitas w green chile on the side w over medium eggs. Everybody was super happy with the meal. Nobody could finish, and we eat good, real good lol. We come from families where everyone cooks and they're really good at it si we are picky about good food. This was awesome. First time I've eaten there. My wife Andrea has boasted of them for years. We live in Tucson and don't have one. I hate having high expectations at a place and being disappointed. Not today Junior! They are real good. Thanks Weck's! I'll be back. Back i promise Your not going to spend but maybe a couple dollars more here, than at IHOP or Danny's or wherever. I promise check these people at. "We had just arrived in town were starving. We did a Google search the reviews images for this restaurant locked us in. We were seated right away the server promptly arrived to get drinks our order. The food came out quickly, too! Portions are generous and we real enjoyed what we had. Hubby got ribs, pulled pork fries. I got their Mac cheese with pulled pork. It was so yummy. We would definitely come back here again if we're ever in the area! Apologies on the pics as we dug in before we could remember to take a photo... it was that good..."

"Food was good however the service was not so great. Our waiter was friendly but kept forgetting things. When we ordered to begin with, I got a side salad and he asked if I wanted it before my meal was brought out and I said yes. 15-20 minutes later our food came out and my side salad never came. The server also forgot to bring silver ware when he brought out our food and was nowhere to be seen after. My boyfriend had to get up to get us silverware and ask what was going on with the salad. The server eventually came back with silverware and we could finally eat. He said he would check on my salad, since I wanted that first.. and came back minutes later and admitted it was left out on the counter and they forgot to run it out. I 'm not sure why he would admit that, just seems like bad communication between the kitchen and waiters and at that point I didn 't know how long it was just sitting out since they forgot to bring it out. The food was good, I really do like the brisket and enjoyed my meal, but the service was questionable and will make me think twice if I want to come back."

"Our visit started off rough! After making contact with the bartender we still had to track down an employee to be seated for our reservation. Felt as if we were being ignored and it was not busy at all. Our servers personality was nice and welcoming but she seemed distracted which was reflected in our experience. Our food and drinks seem like they took a bit longer than they should’ve taken in our experiences from previous visits. The burnt ends were all fat, they were great the last time I ordered them so this was a big disappointment. We ordered the large family feast for $79 which was pretty standard so no complaints. Overall a pretty basic experience with a little less than favorable food."

"I ordered the catfish fingers platter along with a lemonade and found it to be a great value for $17. The lemonade was refreshing, and the cornbread was absolutely delicious. The corn was moist, the coleslaw was fantastic, and the remoulade had a wonderful flavor too. The seasoning on the catfish was outstanding! The only downside was the saltiness—there was just too much for my taste. I couldn’t finish it because I worried it might affect my low blood pressure. If the seasoning could be adjusted to reduce the salt content, that would be ideal. Overall, I would definitely come back to try more dishes from the menu—everything else was so good! Yum!"

"I was really disappointed with the management in that NO reservation accommodations were made for our Holiday dinner. I call ahead and was told all the reservations had to be made with Kenny and when our group arrived the staff had NO instructions about the pre-organized sitting. The only priority I had asked for is one group seating in the side room. Our group was crammed into groupings and we were uncomfortably close together. Very frustrating because there was only ONE family in the back room so with a minute of staff communication it could have been ideal. We asked about the arrangements and the on duty manager had no idea and made clear she had NO instructions about our group. When the food came out, the carriers just yelled out the order, no idea to whom the food belonged. My personal experience with the Cajun Chicken Sandwich was the chicken was so hard only a couple bites were possible and the service was so hectic it seemed impossible to return without further affecting the service my friends were receiving. Famous Daves is good with two people but lesson learned on twenty two people. Holiday dinner is our only gift to our team and this year our gift was not at all what we had hoped."

"Was in the area to see a local community theater show and decided to try out Bill's Olde Tavern for dinner beforehand. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and creativity of the specials menu. We tried two dishes from this menu... Bangers with Mash and this Irish boiled bacon dish which was more like a crispy ham. Both were amazing! My companion, who has a dairy allergy, was so happy to be able to eat a great meal out. As an appetizer, we had the crispy brussel sprouts... again with all the variety of flavors and components, so good! My other companions had the brisket salad and another brisket entree, which they seemed to enjoy. We had some after dinner coffees and Irish coffees, while enjoying some live music that started at 7. It was a great dinner experience that I look forward to having again when we come back in July to see another show."

"Unfortunately there arent that many restaurants that deliver thru DoorDash in LL so were stuck with the same few options. I order from Wecks and The Range Cafe often. I prefer the Range Cafe. I ordered the chicken taco salad. The chicken was delicious, the rest of the salad, not so much. Iceberg lettuce left a pool of water and was soggy, taco bowl shell not cooked properly wasnt even crispy. For the love of god please invest in leafy greens and ditch the iceberg. Also overhard egg was not cooked through in the center. Please take time to thoroughly cook food before sending it out of the door. I dont mind waiting a little longer for quality food."

"I and my wife and daughter had a reservation at this point at 7:45. We sat at 7:50. We knew what we wanted so we could order our food immediately and two alcoholic drinks. 25 minutes pass and at 8:15 the only thing we had on the table was 3 water. No one was back to check us out and we didn't even get our drinks. There was something overcrowded, but not at the point where it should have been overwhelming for the employees. Now it's 8:30 and still not drinks or something. The table we sit on had a clear look at the kitchen area and my wife watched a girl who was a server came from outside to the ground and then go into the microwave and opened it and touched some corn with their bare hands to make sure it was hot and then went to serve it to a table. At this point we were fed and asked to speak with a manager to express our concerns. Another server comes to the table that said that the manager was busy, but she would be over if she could, so we expressed our concerns to her and she said she would tell the manager and check our foods and drinks personally.(yet no drinks on the way) 10 minutes later the manager (JESSICA ARCISD) comes to the table apologize and said she would check on our beverage order and told us that our food had 7 before him. We have expressed our concerns and have now given it the opportunity to do something. 10 minutes further and at 8:50 my wife goes to the bar and our drinks are already made and just sit on the bar counter without bartender in sight. Smh. So we finally get our drinks, but wait for food. (Don't forget that we have a 5 year old with us, who is also waiting and hungry)20 more minutes go by and around 9:15 the manager goes back to our table and noticed that we haven't eat yet and told us that she would check for the food. She comes back 5 minutes later saying that our ticket lost "

"We had reservations for 5:30. We arrived on time and our table was waiting. Our server was beautiful and explains the different sauces, etc. and was promptly on our beverage order. "Slow seating, slow wait staff, and slow bar service all on a night with maybe 40 customers in the whole place. It seemed the limited staff on hand were not working together and were not sure of who was doing what. We had reservations for four people at 6pm. Took until almost 8:30 to get out of there and they actually close early at 8pm no doubt due to the lack of employees. All that being said, the food quality had not suffered at all. It was excellent, just took forever to get it. Very sad, we like FD and hope as time goes on they can get past this, perhaps a new manager would organize the limited staff resources better?"
