"Buzzard Billy's came recommended by the bartender at Pearl Street Brewery just up the road and boy did she know what she was talking about! From the time we walked in the door to the time we walked back out the door, the experience was top notch! Service was genuine, friendly and welcoming and the food was out of this world delicious!! Hubby had the Cajun Combo with the addition of dirty rice and he was blown away by all the flavors and portions! We've been to Louisiana and didn't have food this good, these folks totally know what they're doing! I had the Ca C'est Bon (Saw-Say-Bon) and I swear it was the best meal I've ever had in my life! The Cajun catfish is phenomenal and the sauce that the fried potatoes soak in is worthy of awards! The bread is a slice of heaven, all buttery and crunchy, fresh and soft but that corn... wow... what's with that corn... so good!! There are two other locations of Buzzard Billy's, both on our travel map journey if we're ever in the area. I sure hope we get back to this location some day because I will forever crave this meal!"

"My husband and I went and had a full rack of ribs that were the best he has ever had! They fell off the bone! I had the crab cake dinner and was very pleased! There was so much crab in the cake and was fantastic! Our waitress (Kristyna) was so attentive and knowledgeable about establishment and all the menu items. When we walked in, we were greated by both the waitresses (Kristyna) and the bartender so we felt very welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant and our fantastic waitress, Kristyna! Thank you for a great evening!"

"Have eaten here several times and never was to impressed, but it was a beautiful night so a burger on the deck sounded like a good thing to do. We seated our selves out on the deck. A waitress came out and cleaned off the table next to us and started walking away like we were not even there. I asked her if we could have the menus she had in her hand she gave us the menus and walked away. She came back later and asked if we wanted a drink My wife and I both said we would like a water and I would also like a beer and I asked what is on tap. So she handed me the beer list and I told her to give me a min to look it over she went and got my wife a water, but not me. I ordered my beer and our food. About 30 to 40 min later I asked her if our food was almost ready and she said she would go check, she came back and said there was a computer issue and our order didn't go through I'm Pretty sure she didn't enter it). So about another 15 min past before our food got there, my wife ordered a grilled cheese with a pulled pork on it OMG it looked like a child made it and instead of putting the pork on they just rubbed it on the pigs back side, my burger was small, dry and tasteless. opposite of another review no one at all said sorry or offered any discount. When we left I was going to talk to the manager if they have one) we walked in the bar and there was not one person around we stood around and finally just left. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the fries were pretty good. This place is on a down hill slide fast."

"Service was great tonight as usual, but food was bad start to finish. The empanadas were under cooked the shell was maybe thicker than normal, but the interior tasted like uncooked dough. The cheese on burger had no melt, which not the end of the world, but the onion rings were entirely cold/gummy, almost as if they had been fried long hour or more earlier and steamed in a closed container while they got room temp. My partners meal was ok, but the bread was cut weird (like someone had failed to get clean cut and moved knife over a bit to try next slice) and stale. Food quality here is normally very good/reliable, but after tonight we will wait a bit before returning."

"A complete GEM. If you 're driving past Statesville, either to or from Charlotte, this place town) is a must. Any of their burgers can be put on a bed of lettuce, which I did. Got The Black Bleu with the special horseradish sauce, easily made it the best burger I 've ever had I 've had a lot). We subbed our fries for onion rings, and these were also probably the best onion rings we 've had; super crispy, not super greasy. Their wings are bigger than most other places we 've had wings at. Their Country Fried Bacon burger with bacon raspberry jam, also AMAZING."

"I always try to find a good relaxing place to eat. Spending hours in the road, it is a must for me. This does not mean a quiet place or an empty place, it means a good atmosphere. Craft 64 hit out of the park. The place has a good atmosphere, hostess and waitress were amazing. There was one bar (which I didn't use for been on the clock) and a nice stage for live music. There was also a nice area on the outside where you could be enjoying your burger and have a chat with friends and family. Decoration was nice with a sport bar feeling but at the same time fun enough for the whole family to come. Then came the MATADOR, a nice juicy burger with avocado, chipotle sauce, grilled onions and pepper jack cheese. Along with my drink I had fries, specialty of the house. I said before and I will say it again. Some places are great, others not so much, but I will always be honest. This one goes to my VIR list. Very Important Restaurant. Thank you and on to the next one."

"by far one of my worst experiences in a bar. it was mainly because of the service, but the one drink I had was not well done. we had a few drinks, but the server had a terrible setting. long story short, she felt ignored when she approached the table, although I was sure to speak and even tried to push my party, order quickly. we didn't move fast enough for her and she told us that we looked at her as if she were stupid. she left the table and took her bad attitude to another server that needed moments to look at our table, so it was clear that she was talking about us. then she took her job to the bartender. By the way, our server originally told us jose cuervo that she was their only Tequila option. one of my friends pointed to other tequilas behind the bar, and that seemed to further burden their terrible attitude. we decided to go because the service was so bad. because their tip reflected their bad service, the server approached us later on the parking lot to us about their mental health problems and the fact that she worked two jobs and that she had a bad night. I won't be back. I've never had such an experience in my life!"

"This small-town bar is definitely the place to visit. With a wide-ranging menu of food, liquor, and various alcoholic beverages, you’re sure to find something you’ll enjoy. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly; in fact, I suspect it might be a family-run establishment. Michelle, in particular, makes you feel right at home while you indulge in life's pleasures. The dollar bills that are pinned to the walls are a testament to what a fantastic spot this is to relax after a hard day at the mine. Personally, I recommend ordering a double whiskey on the rocks and letting it breathe for a moment while you savor your meal. I happened to visit during a quieter time, but I can only imagine how lively it gets when the place is bustling. Michelle’s playful banter and her willingness to engage in conversation, all while expertly managing the bar, really stood out. You come here for the kind of service you’d expect from a friend or family member—someone who charges you but makes you feel like you want to provide a tip in gratitude for the wonderful hospitality."
