"This was a terrible experience. Food was great but the lack of proper customer service skills was far below average. Upon being seated we waited 20minutes before being greeted by anyone. Our server then arrived and every movement was almost like he was rushing us or in a hurry to get to other things. There were 3 people in our party, two of our entrees came out while the other took an additional 15mins to arrive. Our server took about. 20-25 mins between everytime he saw us. Never once did he check back after our food was delivered to be sure everything was ok. We had a birthday at our table and he was advised before dinner and once we finished. He completely forgot and when we asked him about it he said “oh sorry I forgot” as if it really didn’t matter. After asking for the bill we waited about 30mins all to have to ask a random server to print our bill. They then brought a bill with extra entrees t he at we didn’t or receive. The young lady advised she had to find a manager and have them take off the item. Which took another 20 mins. We expressed our concerns to the manager not in hopes of getting anything free but so that Jose would be aware that he needs to do better. The manager expressed absolutely not concern and said “oh maybe he was just a little busy”. As a past server, I know it’s a busy job but you should never leave your table unattended for long periods of time. It makes people feel like you don’t care about servicing them. We were a party of 3 and were sitting in this restaurant for 3 hrs, not having a good time but waiting for our server to service us. The ambiance was great, the food was ok, but the overall experience was terrible. I also plan to contact corporate, we spent almost $400 all to be treated terribly. Not ok!!!"
