"I visited the restaurant on Black Friday and was surprised to find it relatively uncrowded—though that didn't last for long. Our server was the only one on the floor, and she did an excellent job despite being solo. The hot dishes were spot on: delicious and without any complaints. However, the dessert was just average. The ice cream clearly had been pre-scooped and stored in the freezer, and the cowboy cookie seemed to have been pre-cooked and only warmed slightly before the cold scoop of ice cream was placed on top. By the time I finished the cookie, it was still frozen. It tasted fine, but it just didn't measure up to the high quality of the other offerings. Overall, it was almost a perfect experience, and the warm, welcoming service from our server more than made up for the lackluster dessert."
