"So we eat at the Westwood one all the time and it’s delicious! Tried out the Norwell location and it was honestly the worst food we’ve ever had. The waitress was incredibly sweet and kind. Can’t say enough good things about Victoria. However, they need new cooks asap. Place was dead which was a huge shocker to begin with since Westwood always has a wait. It took roughly 40 minutes for our food to come out and when it arrived it was cold and frankly just gross. Asked for a medium well burger and it was a black hockey puck. Rock hard. The mashed potatoes were days old and cold with zero seasoning. It was our first meal after a long day of driving so the kids sucked it up and ate what was given to them. However, I don’t recommend this place. Such a waste of $100. The waitress would thrive elsewhere because she is phenomenal."
