"It was Saturday night. Packed house. Good for them The noise was terrible. The place is always a bit noisy, but out of control last night--literally hurt your ears at times. My iphone decibel meter (not claiming it's perfect) had sound ranging from (noisy restaurant) to (jack hammer). If you're at a bar, perhaps the alcohol increasing the loudness; however, when dinner guests are screaming at each other in frivolity, it would not be out of line for management to ask them to hold themselves to some sort of decorum--common decency anyway--while still having a great time. Each time we've been there, we've had to wait about minutes for our server to recognize us. Service from JulieAnn was OK, but not impressive--she definitely had too many tables to service. No issue with a little slowness on a busy night, but it takes very little effort to let guests know they've been seen and will receive service shortly....and to remember orders without asking multiple times The charcuterie board was good, but sparing on bread. The pita bread appetizer and sauces were good. Fried grouper was of nice size and good flavor. The chicken carbonara seemed like an incomplete dish but flavor was good. The Asian Pot Roast had good flavor, but was mushy overall and overly sweet. The lasagna was good. The cheesecake was unusual, but really nice. The apple crisp was underwhelming We enjoyed two nice bottles of wine but didn't feel the experience was worth for four of us We won't be back for a while and especially not on a weekend. It's a good place, just not great. We still recommend your try it"
