"The aesthetic is quite good, and the staff was quick with our order and friendly. The food, however, was positively mediocre. Not bad, but absolutely not worth a regular stop. I ordered a croque monsiuer and it came with absolutely stone cold bechemel sauce. My daughter got the kids french toast, which was basically just sticks of dry toast with flavorless syrup. Amelie's is not awful, there is always something to enjoy about it, but it is positively not worth the price when so many good restaurants are surrounding it."
