"This is our second experience with Kayla, and she is truly AMAZING as a waitress. She checked in on us frequently and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She was fantastic, and I hope all your staff are just as wonderful. We tried the Big Azz Nachos, and they were delicious! We'll definitely be returning and hope to have her as our waitress again. If you haven't been here yet, you absolutely have to give it a try!"

"from the sitting place to the crispy staff to the disgusting burger was the whole experience terrible. my partner and I want to try this place for a few years and have finally used the opportunity to do this on one of our date nights. the only decent service was from the host. there was only one other table outside on the terrace and the inner was not busy. but it took almost 20 minutes to even be noticed and get a glass of water. When my wife asked about a few beers on the tap, the server looked at us as if we were talking strangely. At least we ask for our appetizer first, as we waited a bit and it comes with our food. no big thing, it's good. I cut my burger in to be greeted only with a **** cheese hair. I had asked for a well-made burger, like my wife. I was almost raw. Now I understand something pink as it was the Juicy-Lycy (except cheese) I had not expected to eat a burger from which I was not finished after the first bit. the waitress looked like she couldn't be harassed with us, and when we sat where we waited for our deck, another server had come by to acknowledge us. it is also a really crispy feeling when they try to be ignored and treated a beautiful night with their spouse just as we were builders because we are not 20 years old college neighborhoods oogling over the server. please do it better!"

"Went here last night for a late Valentines date with my partner and right off the bat the 2 girls at the front were very rude and chatted with one another while a line grew to the door, we waited a couple minutes for a table which wasn't bad, but once our waitress came it pretty much went down from there. We ordered drinks which another girl had to bring since our waitress was busy talking to a group of people at the door instead of being there to help us out. The girl who brought our food was super nice, but we never received napkins or silverware. We also tried ordering another round of drinks but our waitress was still talking to some people and had to come back and ask what we wanted again because she forgot. And to top it off we nearly spent over a hundred dollars which wouldn't be an issue if we were treated any better by the workers. Food was pretty good otherwise but won't be returning here again for the lack of service."

"Food was average. I asked for mayo on sandwich and a side of mayo and wing sauce for dipping fries. Waitress looked at me like I was dumb. Food came with no mayo on sandwich and no side of wing sauce. My brother didn’t get his horseradish sauce. I can deal with that, it was the fact that they never told us that there is a first responder discount. I heard it from another customer AFTER we paid. I asked the purple haired hostess girl about it, she had to leave and go ask. She confirmed the discount. I told her we had already paid. Instead of saying, hang on I’ll get a manager, she just started wiping off her seating chart. Purple haired worthless kid. Never go back."

"Would love to rate the food but never got the chance to order. Entered at 240pm on July 4th to an empty restaurant. My friend and I sat at the bar. Bartender greeted fairly quickly but never mentioned her name. Took our order and promptly got that wrong. Then with the apparent shift change luming, totally ignored us. Never once asking if we wanted food. At 3pm new bartender arrived never greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. She went to the kitchen to get something for personal consumption and then promptly took a seat at the bar to chat with a friend. No manager on duty as we were told when we requested to speak with one. Left hungry and disapointed. Had heard good things only to be extremely disapointed."

"This is really hard to give this a good rating, but jumped after another waitress to save our experience giving Jessica W the salvation. good waitress, very friendly, hard work Our waitress was Gabby and shows what I mean, in everything that came south of the apps before my wife and I got beer, we asked for chili instead of our side, but $4 charge was not mentioned until the bill saw. I had the ring of fire sharp very great burgers great taste, 5 to deep fried pickles, garlicries, All burgers were brilliant, again thxs JW Excellent Food, clean floors, many TVs It was worth a 4.5"
