"I recently visited Jackson Hole in downtown Manhattan. While I found the restaurant to be a great spot, my experience at this particular location was disappointing and felt overly hyped. I didn't enjoy the Black Forest Milkshake at all, although the burger was decent. However, the biggest downside was that it only accepts cash. In this day and age, not allowing customers to pay with debit or credit cards at a well-known restaurant is simply unacceptable. My first thought was of the IRS. Overall, I won't be returning."
