"I absolutely love the chef at this restaurant! They make the best hot Philly steak sandwiches. However, I noticed a difference in the sandwich when a different chef was cooking on a Friday in early October. The original chef is simply fantastic and there's only one of them, so it's hard to miss. Without their touch, the sandwich just doesn't taste right. I'm quite particular about my Philly steak - it has to be just perfect, not dry or too greasy, not too cold, and with all the toppings. I went back the following Monday hoping to see the original chef, but they weren't there. I'll definitely keep coming back though, as this place is my go-to for a quick lunch at work. I really hope to enjoy the lady chef's sandwich more often in the future."
