"Central Standard has potential, but could enhance both its service and dish execution. We ordered the charcuterie plate, which was delivered without any explanation of its contents. Considering it wasn’t detailed on the menu—only listed as 'seasonal selections'—a brief overview would have been appreciated. We also tried the tuna crudo, which resembled a ceviche more than a traditional crudo. It was served quite haphazardly on the plate and strayed far from the expected presentation. On the plus side, the restaurant's atmosphere and interior are fantastic, making it a great spot for a date night. With some improvements in food and service, it could be an exceptional experience."
