"My dining experience at Grand Coney was very disappointing and unfriendly. Despite giving it two stars, the only positive was that the food was edible and the customers at the table next to us were pleasant to talk to. However, the young host and waiter were unprofessional, unable to make eye contact or speak audibly. It took 10 minutes for our server to take our order and an additional 25 minutes for the food to arrive. The server only returned to give us the bill after we had finished eating, without saying a word. Despite there being only 9 tables and a limited staff, the service was slow and disorganized. I would recommend looking for another restaurant unless you are willing to tolerate poor communication, disappearing servers, and long wait times."
