"I used to love this place. My bother sent me a gift card.. and instead of going to Raffertys or Montana Grill, I (unwisely decided to spend $70 (a tip included! on food that was barely edible. And items were forgotten. How can I eat a salad without dressing?? I guess technically you can, but it’s awfully dry. The fried pickles were burnt and soggy- like someone took a batch made earlier and tried to heat them back up. The onion rings were flavorless and so soggy that they fell apart. It was like they had been submerged in water. Literally all of the breading fell off. So now, here I am, 70 bucks in the hole, and stuck eating some of the most horribly prepared food I’ve had in a long time. Edit: well.. I responded to the business request on here to go to their website and share what happened. No response. That says a lot!"
