"I was trying to get gas at this location and I was having trouble with the pump, I had inserted my card to prepay and selected which gas I needed and then the pump would not pump gas. I went inside to get help and let the employee know that it had put a $125 charge on my credit card but didn't allow me to pump any gas. She was immediately rude to me and basically said that I was dumb and that it was just a temporary hold, I said that is fine but it won't let me pump any gas. She then made me prepay at the same pump so I did, went back out and it still would not work. I went back inside and then she said, that pump must not be working, and made me switch to a different one... she was very rude and condescending, I went in to tell her it wasn't working and she acted like it was my fault even though it clearly wasn't."
